Great support. Easy to use software.

Don't believe them! I purchased an Edge subscription, and I realized immediately it was not as robust as they claimed. I immediately filled out the required online form and sent an email to the address provided for a refund within the seven (7) day policy period, and I received three emails back almost immediately from three different reps challenging my decision, giving me the hard sell to stay, asking me to contact another customer service center (what?), or turn on my auto renewal (really?). I replied to each one individual that I was sorry for the inconvenience, but I would please like a refund as requested. Not one of them said they would refund my subscription or honor their policy. What a waste of time and money. Stay away!

That they were able to jump on my problem. Even though there were no solid solutions they were able to provide me with the tools to make solution possible.

Followed Cancellation Process: I diligently followed Benzinga Pro's published cancellation process and confirmed that no active subscriptions were present in my account before the charge was processed.

Misleading Communication: Benzinga Pro's emails regarding the trial expiration implied that an action was required from my end to upgrade, which I did not take.

Lack of Response: Despite my attempts to contact Benzinga Pro via email and phone to rectify the situation, I received no response.

Unclear Subscription Management: I was not informed about managing my subscription through the Chargebee portal until after the charge occurred.

I reacehd out to vipaccounts support email multiple times, no one ever bothered to even acknowledge receipt of my emails forget replying them.

This is a company thats out to get your money and it seems the only way they can do that is to sign you up for a trial and charge your card

J'avais un compte d'essai de 15 jours et il était expliqué que mon compte bancaire ne serait débité que si je faisais une nouvelle démarche pour m'inscrire. Malgré tout mon compte a été débité de 197 euros contrairement à ce qui était expliqué.

Je déconseille donc fortement ce site.

Trying to set up keyword alert . How do I go about it?

Never really knew what I signed up for ! Benzinga Pro, Benzinga Research or Edge each is individual and a different price. After contacting chat and emails with the inability to get any functions offered in the help video no one told me that I only signed up on a special deal for Edge only. I was confused since prior to that knowledge spent days with support trying to find out why everything I looked at was subscription based and added $$. Now I am looking at Edge which honestly for the discounted price is ok, but why didn't someone contact me and told me the actual purchase. In all fairness, I was overseas when I signed up 12/6 and never caught the email for weeks. Edge is an addition to my information that is obtained via any brokerage so caveat emptor to anyone looking at Benzinga. If you do make the same mistake don't forget to remove auto renew on credit card (not with Benzinga) I had contact via email, via chat, with support and finally after multiple attempts realized that I signed up for Edge vs Pro. If I had known I would never had signed up for news which is obtainable via any brokerage, but now the situation is I still cannot get into Benzinga Edge.

High pressure sales... I can't be asked.

BE AWARE SCAMMERS!!! I started a trial and immediately sent "vipaccounts" an email to cancel my trial. Because you cannot cancel the trial yourself. Today they charged my card. So unfair and disrespectful. Unbelievable. Absolute scammer company.
They setup a system where you cannot cancel a trial subscription.

Update January 9, 2025:
I've sent support an e-mail and they cancelled my subscription that was started automatically without me being able to cancel it. So I got refunded. But please adjust your systems that it is possible for users to cancel their subscription during trial period. And tell your staff to respond on queries after you reach out yourself to ask if everything was okay with the trial.

One would think a big name like Benzinga would be a class act, but this is not the case. They are no better than throwing darts at a list of charts. Their customer service should get 0 stars. What a letdown don't waste a single dollar on them.
