I subscribed to a 30day money back guarantee. I I was not satisfied with the service. I really don't have a major complaint on their service, it's just not what I was looking for. In the first week I requested a cancellation through their chat service and through through their email service and they will NOT response to my request nor credit my account. I am having to get my credit card service to contest a refund. I have saved all my emails to substantiate my claim. so, if you anticipate you want a refund I would not recommend this company.

I was very keen to buy the subscription of "Benzinga Pro" based on the research. I have interaction with "Rodrigo A." from the Benzinga who came across as friendly and professional. After few interactions with him and generous discount, I bought the lifetime subscription of "Benzinga Pro" and will start exploring the platform soon. Thank you Rodrigo.

Ultimately these kind of services can only be assessed once you have used it for a while. This service is not cheap and frankly has not given me payback on the money I have paid which is what you would expect. I will not renew and would not recommend the service to anyone seeking to improve their return. The website is poor and chatroom is old fashioned and behind the times. I use other services that provide me a superior service at substantially lower cost.

After 1 year of trading, I was looking for a service that would include both a working tool (to let go of my Excel) and trade ideas (so I dont rely solely on myself). After a long search I went a long with Benzinga and 2 weeks into the subscription I am pleased. The App is integrates all my services and is very good. Benzinga Pro on the laptop is a complete trading tool where I set up all my watchlists, my notes and do my research.
Before signing up, I attended the Benzinga Walkthrough that takes place every Friday to understand the offering and to meet the trading gurus that provide the reasearch. I liked it and reached out to Rodrigo - the Program Director - who was very patiente to solve all my doubts and set- up promptly the service to cater for my needs. Great customer service!
As I started, I had some doubts in customizing the Pro website and in seconds my doubts were answered by Ricky. Super fast and super friendly. The Research service that I signed up for has diverse professionals with years of experience, providing daily trade ideas for small and large pockets. I have traded little as I am on vacation, but I have acted on some of the trade ideas and recovered 25% of my subscription. I could have fully recovered the cost, if I would have bought higher lots and managed to act on all ideas.
Now I am almost fully migrating to Benzinga, leaving many files of Excel behind, cutting other services and streamlining the people I follow/watch regularly.

This company is the worst. They promise one thing and then don’t deliver. Then they try to bump you to a higher costing program. Customer service is virtually nonexistent leading to a very frustrating experience when a problem inevitably arises. Much better companies out there. I made the mistake of signing up. Benefit from my mistake and put your hard earned money with a company that stands by their product and delivers what they promised.

I’ve been with Benzinga for three years and the value I’ve gotten is undeniable. The options education has been a complete game-changer—I knew almost nothing before joining, and now I have a solid understanding and the confidence to execute trades on my own. The live instruction, webinars, and step‑by‑step guidance are exactly what I needed.

Benzinga.com is running what amounts to a bait-and-switch racket cloaked in financial jargon and false promises of wealth. I was lured in by their slick YouTube content and sales webinars, where so-called "experts" like Matt Maley, Nic Chahine, and Chris Capre hyped up fairy-tale trade returns of 100% to 2500%, with alleged win rates of 65% to 85%. They implied you could turn $250 trades into $9,500 in a year—all while flashing charts and using deceptive urgency tactics that would make used car salesmen blush.

Hook, line, and sinker—I subscribed to what I was told was a $79/year options education program that included trade ideas. What I actually got was a broken, half-assed, glorified PowerPoint course with less educational value than a 10-minute free YouTube video. It was disorganized, directionless, and clearly designed to funnel users into higher-ticket upsells rather than teach anything useful.

The moment I signed up, I was immediately ambushed with an “exclusive” $399 upsell for some other "incredible" service—one that turned out to be locked behind yet another paywall. To actually get the trades I was promised, I was told to pay another $29–$49/month, per service.

When I realized I’d been conned, I reached out to their support via chat, phone, and email to request a refund under their so-called ‘money-back guarantee’—only to discover that this, too, was a lie. They don’t give refunds. What they offer instead is "credit" toward more of their worthless garbage. It's like asking for a refund at a restaurant after food poisoning, and being told you can only get more spoiled food.

So I tried to salvage my loss by switching to a different service they offered. Big mistake. Their tech platform is comically broken, with non-functional tools, constant glitches, and system crashes—problems they've admitted were due to known hardware and software failures. They knowingly allowed paying customers to rely on a faulty trading system, all while ignoring support requests for months, only responding when threatened with complaints to the BBB and FTC.

But the most outrageous part? Following their advice has cost me over $10,000 since March. Their trade alerts are pure garbage—low-quality, lagging, poorly timed, and often completely wrong. I've lost money not just because the trades were bad, but because their broken system wouldn’t even execute orders properly at times. They knew about these technical issues for over a month, yet continued charging subscribers full price with no transparency, no apology, and no accountability.

After researching, I discovered I am far from alone. There are dozens—if not hundreds—of similar horror stories online. People losing thousands in subscription fees, then tens of thousands more following Benzinga's reckless trade ideas. It’s a predatory system designed not to educate or enrich the customer—but to bleed them dry, then sell them another course to "fix" the damage.

Let me be crystal clear:

Benzinga.com is running a scam.

They are engaging in deceptive advertising, fraudulent upselling, and negligent service delivery.

They are causing real financial harm to real people.

This company should be heavily fined, investigated for fraud, and ideally shut down permanently. Every dime they've stolen from hard-working consumers through deception and dysfunction should be refunded in full, with damages.

If you’re reading this and thinking about giving them a dollar—don’t. You’d be better off lighting your money on fire.
