The #daytrading chat room is good, although the mods have allowed it to be hijacked primarily by one individual who posts meaningless information all day long. The news squawker in the room, Charles Gross, is excellent. Very fast, real-time alerts that are tradeable. He is the best feature of the entire platform. Their news feed is also good. Aside from those 3 things, most everything else has issues nearly every day. Charts often don't work, quotes frequently lag and don't sync up with the charts, Key Data figures like Float, Short Interest, etc. are often wrong. They have done several updates over the past few months but the issues don't get resolved. Maybe they need new developers because the ones they have have not been able to resolve long standing issues that continue to this day.

I would have assumed the pro account came with API access however this is not the case. I tried to cancel my trial account and its not even clear if that worked. Very frustrating with the lack of context and information about the account.

You go there for the news... The alerts should be a one click thing... It is not. You need to enable them here, there, and another place as well. But.... Why???

Scanners settings do not stay saved. Had to reset them every freaking time I closed my browser. Annoying.

I cancelled after 3 days. When I wish to use a news software, I don't want to spend 1 week learning the freaking software. I need something intuitive and brilliantly built.

I tried to sign up for a trial and it immediately upsold and billed me. Asking for a refund and cancelled subscription immediately.

I signed up and before I could even take a look at the whatever it is you offer I don’t know what you offered because all I got was Lenny. Paige is trying to sell me things so you could take it and stick it up your ass.

Great platform! Great customer service! Lucas explained the macro and the micro mechanics of the program at my pace and comprehension level. Got me off and running in two calls. Upgraded to the lifetime plan because I know that if I ever run into a problem I can pick up the phone and call. Thank you!

Yes the company is doing well and I love it

Benzinga Edge is not a customizable platform at all. You cannot configure views, organize data, personalize news, or adapt the tool to your own trading or investing needs. What you see is what you get, with no flexibility.

The data presentation is messy and poorly organized. Finding useful information requires too many clicks, and much of the data provided is not very valuable in practice.

I do not recommend this product. I am trying to request a refund, but I haven’t been able to get in contact with their support team. It honestly feels like a waste of money.

Luckily, I only tried the Edge version and not Pro. I wanted to test it first, but Edge turned out to be a very bad option. There are better alternatives available for free.

This company is a joke. They offer a free trial offer that implies you get full access to the pro platform, and then basically give you nothing, while collecting your phone and credit card number for a product you don't actually get to try out. You think defrauding at the very beginning of the experience is going to get you customers? This company is fraudulent.

I'm very confused about my purchase. I was signing up for the $197 a month plan with a 14-day trial that includes option trading and research. I get a pop-up asking if I want to pay in advance to lock in more savings without losing any services. I went ahead with that, and now I have spent the money, but I lost my option view. So this has been very misleading, and I'm not happy to be tricked. I also tried paying for the cheaper option for the High Beta Squawk without getting that applied to my account either. I've also tried reaching out to support without hearing from anyone. James was very happy to connect when I was going through the purchase, but disappeared when they got the money.

A super amazing tool, just wish I could connect my portfolio without worrying about security as my account was compromised as soon as I shared my information on your platform

Platform isn’t bad, but excessive spam texts and emails even after I told them numerous times to leave me alone. I’m all for making sales, but they clearly are out of their minds for how much they keep pushing you. I’ve also lost a lot of money investing into companies they’ve interviewed thinking I was doing good research. I know it’s a risk, but the win rate of my investments has been lol. Just assume they already bought the stock, and you’re the second in line to pay a higher price.

CONFUSING sign up for free trial, and they ended up charging my credit card! NUMEROUS CALLS, EMAILS and never recognized chat! I had to involve my bank and after +2 weeks still no communication.
