I Called to ask a nagging question , the customer service rep was very knowledgeable helpful and steered me in the right direction

I"m a newbie to Benzinga Pro for about 3 days. I've had glitch with watch list, but really settling in quickly with the rest. News is the greatest ever. Details and Sense Market are excellent. Notifications are another powerful and useful feature. The bundle of features mean multiple other costly, less versatile subscriptions will not be renewed.
Traders want to get up and running fast, but ask for the manual and video to keep as reference (which I just did today) Probably more than most new folks I've been a bothersome fly to The staff. I'm impressed with their good work and patience. They've walked me through concerns. I'm amazed that's even possible. Special shout out to Lucas !

Lucas called me back and patiently walked me through my connection issue and solved my problem with a minimal amount of time. I appreciate the great service I received from Lucas.

I had a charge on my account from Benzinga Events which I never approved. Called customer service and was talking to a wonderful representative called Lucas Lovejoy. Mr. Lovejoy went above and beyond in fixing this error for me with email updates and a refund. He was courteous and professional and wish all customer service representatives could be like him. Kudos to Mr. Lovejoy.

I paid for a year of benzinga Pro. It was during a holiday week and I did not get the two weeks free trial. The first 6 months I didn't know what I was doing nor did I make one cent from having this service. It was a total waste of my time. I wrote a truthful but negative review on here and was contacted by Ryan. He asking me what he could do to help. He sent me a link to teach me how to use benzing properly. A week later I updated my review and gave them a positive review. As of this post I am still very dissatisfied. Even tho I have benzinga pro. I find myself not even using it. Every morning I have to reset my specific criteria because it does not save. It's very frustrating. I've been using a free scanner that's easier to use. I trade mostly pre-market. And after hours. I thought that when you sign up for their service it included everything they offer, their stock picks, their Market Outlook etc. I was wrong. Still more money if you want to find out what's going on in the world or use their stock pick person. To my knowledge you are unable to do any research on stocks or companies. The only thing that I find useful is their news and even that doesn't always help. When they send you a benzinga exclusive you would think it would be great. The problem is if no one else knows about the news the stock does not move. The platform does not give you any stock ratings nor does it help you choose stocks. Not even a dividend rating score, nothing. Unless that's another extra paid service that I'm unaware of. Sorry to be so negative I just feel like I've wasted a lot of money & time for nothing. To make it even worse I still get offers for us to join benzinga Pro. kind of like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

Spoke with Rodrigo a few days ago, and he promised to email me details about packages for options trading. Never received it, I have made numerous calls top 'Rodrigo', but no response or email. This seems like a very flaky operation, regardless of all of the reports about them.

They were happy to take my money but won't return phone calls or emails.

I was offered a reduced lifetime subscription with Nic Chahine by his sidekick Rodrigo. He said he pulled some strings to get a reduced lifetime subscription but it has to be done over the phone with him. I said I had to wait a few days. Rodrigo his sidekick answered back once with text message then hasn't answered back and it just seems very scammy to me. Nic seems like a good guy but his sidekick seems like street crud and I say Beware don't go there. Doesn't feel good at all!

Benzinga’s Excellent Customer Service! I subscribed to Benzinga Pro and Inner Circle service. I was having trouble with the service and reached out for help. Lucas went above and beyond to understand the problems I was having and helped me resolve them. I can’t say enough good things about their customer service. Thank you Benzinga.

I live in Australia and I signed up for a yearly subscription with benzingapro when I was trading stocks. I had sales men calling me in Aus selling me promotions.

I haven’t used the platform in over 6 months and didn’t know that it was automatic renewal which is my fault. I caught wind of this the day the $1297 USD was taken out of my account and quickly act on trying to get refunded.

I reached out on 2 emails the same transaction day asking if I could get refunded. The following day I thought it was a little strange that no one replied to my emails as they cold called me in Australia to get the sale in the first place.

I then started looking through the information search on their website to find out if I could get refunded and saw that if I canceled within 7 days I would be entitled for a full refund, so I canceled my subscription.

I then reached out to the live chat which says “ you will be in touch with customer service within the hour “ It wasn’t till a day or 2 later when someone replies back saying they will drop the price better then the current promotion they have. I replied telling them I do not use the service anymore and want to be refunded because I have followed there refunding guidelines. It’s been almost a week and I still have no response. I’m looking to take further action with this situation.

Don’t go with benzinga, pay a little extra and go with tradethenews. So you don’t ever have to go through this

I've used it for months, and it's amazing.

All this company does is spread lies, provided by Wallstreet to push an artificial narrative to short companies for profit. There constantly putting out hit pieces on Amc and gme, benzinga needs to be investigated and shut down for short and distort and fraud, do not trust there research it's all lies in order to help the shorts!In response to your response the date is June 12th and I've seen 5 hit pieces and propaganda today alone, horrible source and how much is ken griffin paying yall to spread lies and misinformation! I don't know how yall still in business! Trash

These people increased the price without my consent and kept charging me. Also its pretty much impossible to reach there support if you have an issue - they won’t respond back to calls or emails.

Never signed up for this company, but I keep getting emails, which is so annoying and of course as per GDPR also illegal. That shows how professional company they are if they get lists with emails from the dark web.

Called Benzinga to discuss some issues using the Pro version during a 14 day trail. I got Ricky Robertson. Ricky was knowledgeable, easy to talk with and incredibly helpful. I will be purchasing a subscription to the platform as it is what I need to be more informed and customer service is top notch- thx Ricky

Could not cancel Benzinga Pro. I was guided to the Billing page on my Account to click on a nonexistent "Cancel Subscription."

I can assure you that the people at Benzinga were most helpful to me. Their information is bountiful and the customer service is 1st class.

I have tried Benzinga but nor frequently and found it very useful for news but did not have the time to try it fully
