James Santangelo helped me sign up and spoke to me on the phone multiple times and corresponded via email to make sure I understood everything I would be getting, excellent job from the customer service on his behalf.

Been using Benzinga Universe since last November, works flawlessly, of course there may be some occasional hiccups, but I believe the consumers are just not aligning their expectations correctly.

Excellent tool for what it's worth.

I signed with Benzinga 2 years ago and great at first. Down hill over the past 18 months. Constant technical issues and unresponsive customer service. I totally regret singing up with lifetime membership. I is not worth the fee for simply a chat room. DEFINETLY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I have had nothing but problems with Benzinga since i handed them hundreds of dollars months ago. There "money back guarantee" is a complete lie to start out. You get a credit to buy more of their terrible subscription services. They constantly bombard you with ads and try to up sell you every chance they get. You think you have access to something on thier platform only to find out you need to pay $29.99 per month for this, and $49.99 a month to access that. The platform is completely dysfunctional. The app is constantly crashing, trade notifications are always late, their weekly meetings constantly get cut of. Their video conferenceing technology needs significant work. Trying to email them for support is a complete dead end. Months of sending emails have only got the response " email address does not exist" calling their support line for months also has yeilded no response. Trying to use their chat feature reaching out for support several times a week for over a month also only yeilded an incompetent and unhelpful response after threatening to report them to the FTC and BBB. All the frustration would be worth it if these people were actually able to execute profitable trades. I have lost thousands of dollars following Matt Maley's and Nic's trades. They have been fundamentally wrong more than the few times they have been right. Dont give these crooks any of your money. You will be sorry.

Matt Maley can’t pick stocks options at all. Sometimes he gives a call and put for same stock and both options lose money. Did 7 day trial and lost money but I figured I give him one month and wish I didn’t. He got 2 picks right out of over a dozen. He talks the same shit in his calls. Might as well record it and keep playing same recording.

Nick picks are doing well but not enough of them.

They make it difficult to use, because the advertise wonderful access and then you pay and all that is hidden in more expensive tiers. I get pretty much their medium tier now for about 10.00 a month elsewhere.
Their news is dated and old by the time its released.
I have been a successful trader 35 years and thought why not make my life easier with some helpful tools.
And wanted to signup for their API. NO HELP AT ALL.

Reality is, they are not interested in your cheap account access. They want the larger companies and want that income. MHO do yourself a favor and look for someone that caters more to the retail investor.
These guys have and amazing sales pitch. But based on the reviews I see are just like mine, so ole same ole promise the world, and deliver a rock.

I paid for the introduction level of Benzinga, and as it turns out, i was paying to have my email bombarded with several higher priced offers each week....i simply unknowingly paid to have my email address sold. After months of reading through their promotional suggestions for more money i finally blocked their access to my email. Benzinga was not a source of information i was led to believe in their advertisements, and in fact, became an annoyance. Not the worst investment i ever made, but still a loosing buy.

Benzinga Edge has many ideas for trading however everything has additional fees. Knowing the cost upfront is more important than the plan itself

This is one of the companies that takes your money then you are on your own ! It is basically a scam site ..
I paid Benzinga then Suddenly they canceled my account . There is virtually no support either via e-mail or by phone .. I was stupid enough to pay them again to restart my e-mail alerts they canceled . So far I have giving the close to 600.00 and again they ignore my e-mails and again my e-mail alerts have stopped .. If you need a site for the market that's reputable .. I highly recommend . ZACKS , CNBC OR MARKETBEAT ! REMEMBER I WARNED YOU !!!

Benzinga pro offers third class service . They steal money off you by not providing refunds .. they just deduct cash off your credit card and don’t respond to emails so beware .

Excellent customer support. There were some errors in communication (no one's fault), and the Benzinga team were very helpful, honest, and showed a lot of integrity in their dealings with me. Not to mention a great product!

An awesome site for pro traders.

I got a lot of useful info and a peek view to my next level.

For now I need to take several steps and then be ready to be a Pro.

Happy with the service and the team.

It's an excellent subscription for active traders—good customer service from Benzinga. I hope one day they can get an App that works for Pro.
