The young lads who delivered our sofa couldn’t of been more helpful, they achieved the impossible and managed to squeeze the sofa into our apartment, though an awkward entrance hall and doorway.

Excellent customer service. After our helpful delivery guys had left and we had paid, we found our table had been damaged in transit. I contacted the company and we agreed a compensation payment. It may not be enough to pay for the table repair, but this was reported a few days after the delivery, only when we were able to return to the house. It was all handled very well, very promptly and without hassle. Moving house is so stressful that this was much appreciated. Which tells me the company is reliabkle and responsible - and we would use them again. Thankyou Prestige

The guys were rushing around and not taking particular care. Everything was being done simply to leave as fast as possible. We helped them to unload but they didn't thank us or reciprocate in helping us. We felt let down.

Generally a good experience . I was contacted before the delivery which was just as well as they were early and I was out at the time, had to hurry home.
Polite and helpful delivery men , however, didn't have instructions on how to fit the legs onto my new armchair. Several attempts were needed to screw the legs into the right position. Unfortunately, as I later moved the chair one of the legs came loose and I suspect that the screw no longer grips the wood probably resulting form the several attempts made to secire it. Other legs fine. Now have a lovely new chair but with a loose leg!

Jordan and Nick delivered my two large sofas quickly and efficiently within the allocated time slot.
They were friendly and professional and even took their shoes off each time they came into the house.
They removed all the packaging and gave me time to inspect the sofas without any pressure while they disposed of all the rubbish.
They were fantastic and a credit to your company.

The two guys who delivered our sofa last Thursday were amazing, they arrived in the time slot we had been given and were very professional, polite and efficient, a credit to your company.

Incredibly unprofessional. Delivered my new sofas and put a hole in my ceiling, broke a light fitting and scratched the sofa fabric. Then claimed no responsibility and became combative when spoken to and suggested it was my fault and they had offered me other options which they had not. I then received an email with their inaccurate account of events and no responsibility claimed. Terrible service.

On time. Quick installation

This is the first time I've ever written a review so it shows how bad it was.
Firstly they didn't ring as promised before delivery so I was a little surprised when they turned up early. I was in the process of removing my old sofa so they were very disgruntled as the room wasn't yet clear.
The leader of the mob refused to help move my old sofa less than 10 yards. When he realised that he couldn't complete the delivery if he didn't help he begrudgingly gave a hand.
He then said to me and this is no lie, "You may want to consider how much you want to give me". I was completely blown away. I'd just spent £4,500 on a sofa and this guy was expecting a tip. I was gob smacked.
I refused as he didn't really do much and then said he was expecting in the region of £80 and if I didn't pay him he would notify Prestige to invoice me!
Anyway after the three of them had hacked through the delivery boxes and slashed the packaging with knives perilously close to my new sofa the job was complete.
All care instruction were removed from the sofa and taken away so I've no idea what they said.
A delivery note was then thrust upon me which the mob leader wanted me to sign. I must have taken 3 minutes at the most inspecting the sofa and signing the delivery note as this guy was getting extremely impatient.
If you have any choice avoid at all costs.

Delivery went fine other than the man delivery/assembly person being rude. He rushed the job and was argumentative when we asked him to take more care. Bad service.

The deliverers people were polite, respectful and very efficient. I received a message the preceding day giving a three hour window. They called 15 minutes ahead of arrival. Perfect. Thank you!

MANTAS and JORDAN delivered my lovely fabric Natuzzi sofas with great case ensuring that there was no damage to my walls as it was a narrow space to get the sofas through. They were polite and installation was not a fuss and quick. Great guys

Really good service. Had to take sofas in and out on tricky staircases and over a garden wall and tackled it all with a great attitude.
