Delivery driver Harman gave Excellent service from start to finish! The delivery team was friendly, professional and helpful. Absolutely amazing service!

I would give this driver, DIL, 1,000 stars if I could! He went above and beyond his job. Not only did he deliver my sofa, but he also carried it all the way into my living room, removed all the packaging and even assembled it for me, even though he didn’t have to.

He was incredibly kind, helpful and professional. I honestly don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am. He made the whole experience so much easier for me.

I ordered a sofa online, and I have to say the whole experience was absolutely spot on. Communication from the company was excellent throughout. I emailed to confirm the delivery arrangements, and not only was the delivery date brought forward, but they also texted me to check that the new date was convenient. I then received another confirmation text the evening before, so I knew exactly what was happening. Brilliant customer service!

The delivery was certainly early, arriving at around 6:30 am, but I have to give a massive shout-out to the delivery driver, Dil, and his colleague. Both were absolutely fantastic. Dil was polite, friendly, courteous and really helpful. He was clearly conscious of how early it was and was considerate and quiet, which I really appreciated.

They helped get the sofa into the house, and Dil even took the time to show me how to put it together properly, as it’s an L-shaped sofa that clicks together. Nothing was too much trouble, and his attitude throughout was first-class.

It’s refreshing to receive such excellent service, from the initial order and communication right through to delivery. The company kept me informed every step of the way, and the delivery team went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.

If Dil is delivering your sofa, you’re in very good hands! A genuinely nice bloke who is a credit to the company.
