I believe through my experience that this web site is a scam site.

Don't use them. Add extra £26 in car park entrance and exit fees. Wait for ages to collect car. Constantly cutoff call

Do not use this company, absolutely dreadful communication very rude and not very good English . They tried to charge me £15 each time my flight time was changed by the airline.( 2xs in total) I cancelled my booking before I even got to the airport, I lost £20 because I cancelled ( even though I paid extra for a cancellation waiver) and still waiting for the balance to be refunded it might look like a cheap option for parking but its definitely not .

I can't go.less than a one star. The worst car parking experience in 25 years!!! Do not use them!!

Worst company ever. STAY AWAY AND AVOID. My car was damaged on the rear bumper and they refused to respond to it. They refused to deliver me my car until I paid £25 for retuning 4 days earlier. They don’t answer the phone when you want your car back. Will NEVER use again

They were 1 hour late to collect my car.
On return my car was left without the hand break off, tabacco and fizzy drink all over the centre console and passenger footwell. There was a dent in the side door rear passenger from a car door being wacked into it. They had disconnected my dash cam by pulling the connection out of the fuse area and then not being able to put it back in properly so they had kicked the panel door leaving a shoe foot print on it. They had use £40 of petrol for an apparent 30 min journey both ways. When we left the car park at Gatwick and paid our ticket instead of having to pay £8 they had left it there so long we had to pay £18 and we weren't late back from our flights. I have complained but only received a standard automated response.

No issues at all with the drop off, but the pick up on our return was dreadful. We were told they would be there in 20-40 mins, but we waited 1hr25. We rang 3-4 times chasing up where they were and at one point the guy hung up on me. Also (after already telling me the car was on its way) queried if I'd booked the return for the right day. They guy who eventually dropped it off said he only started at 7pm, so lord knows what was going on. Wish I'd seen the reviews before I'd booked!

This review is for Heathrow Premium Parking terminal 3. Not for the booking site. 1 star because ok we got the car back rather quickly. BUT you also need to pay for the short term parking. Fair, but mentioned nowhere when we book. So our parking fee was 35 quid more than planned. At no point was the staff where they should have been (row A etc.) and certainly not wearing a black jacket. Actually they were nice. After calling and calling the number that does not answer most of the time and then is answered by someone who seems to talk to you and another 3 other customers at the same time, making communication difficult. We were given wrong directions/instructions to get it back. That would be fine if: the guy on the phone was not rude AND you don't have to rush to get out before the next increament of parking goes. Also we were left 2 parking tickets in the car. Ours and another car for the same day and at the same time more or less, same parking. We tried to call the office again to get the ticket back to them (what happened to the car owner?) and were told not to worry and just go home. Which we finally did.

We booked from this website twice in August for Manchester airport through the parking deals website. airportparkingdeals.uk. Is this real company? The address provided is not actually exist? Called the number provided 07341 134963 since 5:30am and no one answer the 20 times. You'll refund me all the 2 booking I have for this August. Wast of time.
Just an update. And now I came to know, that parking deals sell the booking to thirdy partis companies and don't pay them the money for a several months, so they stopped to answer the customers.

We have been calling them the day of the drop in several times. They don’t answer and when they do, they asked you to call again, you have to repeat your license plate several times. You have a flight to catch and they make you wait and get stressed. You pay an unexpected fee of £8 when you drop the car and when you collect it. We waited more than one hour to collect the car. They tried to charge us again saying we were making a delayed collection. We had to show proof of the initial email and details which of course they already had. How it’s possible for Gatwick Airport to have a contract with these clowns? Absolutely ridiculous.

Used in Stansted and the experience was awful. When dropping the orange car park, where they advised to meet was closed. We had to go around while trying to call them to know where to meet as they provided no advise on the closure. After when arrived to get my car it took 3 hours to get the car, had to involve the airport security for help when we were advised this is a daily occurrence, and they tried to get this company banned with no luck… meanwhile I saw they guy who took my car and approached him to try and see what was going on and he said he never saw me neither he had my car… this was the most stressful situation ever and this company should be banned! We eventually found our car dropped with keyes in and the people of the company nowhere to be seen!

Hi, we have left our car with your company and sameone use it, the diesel was used about 40 £ and the child chair was moved on the back and coca cola can has been found, one and half hour waiting time, stay away.

Shame that a negative star is not available, what a total scam, we called ahead as requested and found the place we were supposed to park(nothing marked out, just an industrial unit) called to say we arrived, the shuttle was a very beaten up van, then in reception it started..Your car is oversized, you booked the wrong return time, paying by card? thats an additional charge... in total he wanted another £90.+
My husband swore and he was told to not swear or he would be asked to leave, these people prey on the already stressed and pressure them into paying more money, we just left and went and parked in the airport parking at a cost of £110.
there is no saying we would have got our car back on return without any extra hidden fees, the stress would have ruined our break.

My car was absolutely filthy when returned. The outside looked like it had been parked in a field. The inside on the drivers side was full of mud & footprints & it smelled/ smells badly of B.O as though someone had slept in it
I'd had my car valeted the day before we travelled & was immaculate inside & out
I will pay extra to park on the carpark in future

DON'T USE THEM!! No customer service at all! Grumpy reception on the phone. Followed the instructions regarding pick up and waited an hour for car to be delivered! They also ask for £10 cash to leave the car park! Won't use again.

My vehicle was parked in carrington around 10miles from the airport I was picked up in a very dirty van inside and out the driver Jay iqbal required the airport entrance and exit fee which I knew about 1 gave him £15 he dropped me off outside the airport when I landed back i called 8 times went to voice mail it was 1am eventually he called me said he was sorry he picked me up again outside the airport so the £15 wasn't needed and then went on to tell me about the amount of hours he was working which was ridiculous for a driver on airport runs infact it was dangerous ive asked for the £15 refund but have just been fobbed off ill never use this company again absolutely shocking they shouldn't be allowed to operate as a taxi

Under no circumstances use this bunch of cowboys.
You are asked to park your car in the Orange parking area of Stansted Airport awaiting collection by a cowboy. What they don't tell you is that it costs £13 for the entrance fee to the car park and a further £13 exit fee when you collect your car after your holiday. In our case the exit fee to the car park went up to £25 because, through no fault of our own, the duration went over 30 minutes, all due to the idiot who left our car in the wrong row and we couldn't find it.

I booked a Meet & Greet parking service through Airport Parking Deals expecting my vehicle to be safely parked until my return.

Instead, my vehicle was driven without my knowledge or permission while it was in the custody of the Meet & Greet operator. I later discovered this after receiving a Parking Charge Notice for an incident that occurred while my vehicle should have been securely parked.

I have video evidence showing the person who collected my vehicle and the person who returned it. When I contacted the operator asking for an explanation and requesting to know who had been driving my vehicle, I received no answers.

Due to the seriousness of the situation, I have reported the unauthorised use of my vehicle to the police.

Entrusting your vehicle to a parking company should give you peace of mind, not leave you wondering where your vehicle has been and who has been driving it.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

It would be 0 stars if possible. Absolute scam company. Left my car with them at Stansted Airport and on top of the charge there was a £13 entry and exit fee but worse than that, when I returned I received a notification from my lease company that I had received a parking ticket whilst I was still on holiday so that means that they were driving my car around without permission. I have spent 3 weeks trying to get someone on the phone or respond by email but it is like trying to get an audience with the pope. Total bunch of scamsters do not use them!!!

Drop off no problem although 1 guy was dealing with 3 cars, returning was the problem, I phoned from the plane, gave reg number and ref number, they had no record of my car,I just flew in from Turkey after surgery on my mouth, already in pain dred set in, the only reason they found my key was because of the keyring it was on, I was then told to walk to meet and greet, not the place I was already at in the returning car park, after a hour I then saw my car being driven out the car park I was standing in at first with no lights on, they drove straight past me, on the phone again and after another 1/2 hour got my car, all together 2 hours for the 30 minute pick up it was meant to be, I would never do meet and greet again as the service was beyond a joke.
