Always love the service and products!! I had a small issue with the shipping but that was not the seller fault that was the courier one. But nothing major. :) Will keep buying!!

IMacchiato by Brew House taste NOTHING like cofee
I bought Macchiato made by Brew House. Macchiato is a kind of cofee but this e-liquid is NOTHING like cofee. It taste like a diluted cheap vanilla ice cream. This is not the falt of Premium e-juice. But you should taste what you sell. I think you would never sell that stuf.

Hi Jean. Thank you very much for your feedback on Macchiato by Brew House. We sell a lot of that flavour and I've never heard this type of feedback before. We will definitely take it into consideration when recommending coffee flavours to other customers. That said, our Trustpilot reviews are not meant to be product reviews as we want to know what you think of us as a company on Trustpilot while keeping the product reviews on our website. Like you said, we don't make the eJuice. We simply look for the best products for our customers. We stopped tasting eJuice many years ago when we realized that it didn't matter if we liked a flavour. All that mattered was what our customers thought of it. We cater to people with a wide variety of tastes and must carry products that we may not have a personal taste for. That doesn't mean that we're not concerned about quality though. Product quality and customer service are why we've been in business for almost 12 years :) Kindest regards, Stuart

Its perfect in everything
My experience with this store was truly exceptional.
The website is incredibly user-friendly and offers an extensive selection of every device, e-liquid, coil, and pod imaginable—an absolute haven for any vaping enthusiast.
The delivery was impressively fast and smooth. I’m located in Montreal, and my order arrived quickly, professionally packaged, and in perfect condition. Every item matched the description exactly.
What stood out even more was the excellent customer support. The live chat assistance was responsive and helpful, making the entire process seamless from start to finish.
I genuinely recommend their service—it’s one of the best in Canada.
