Mixed experience due to lack of confirmation email.
Shipping was great, product was great. The reason why I'm giving 3 stars is because once I clicked the 'Place Order' button, there was no confirmation that the order actually went through (neither by the screen changing to say 'order placed' and giving me an order number, nor did I get an email confirming my order). I actually thought the order didn't go through and then a few days later I got a shipping email.

J’ai utilisé 3 UTILIAN 721 auparavant mais j’utilise présentement un UTILIAN 723 et je suis vraiment très satisfait. Une très belle amélioration! La qualité du Mundstűck est incroyable!
Par contre, le voyant lumineux n’affiche jamais la couleur orange, il passe à chaque fois directement du vert au rouge ??? (L’appareil n’a que 2 semaines!!!)

Pros
Pros. Handy, easy to clean, battery life good enough, deep chamber. Much vapors.
Cons. When you use heavy pull inhaler the lips get hot, the screen is little, hard to read.
