Hi Adina. I'm very sorry to hear about the issues you've had with Intelcom. We do, however, have other shipping options available for you. Our low-cost flat-rate shipping with Intelcom takes a touch longer to arrive, and I admit that they're not the best courier, but their pricing allows you to save quite a bit of money on shipping, so we offer Intelcom as an option because even customers who have had issues with them continue to ship with them due to the price. I know that you are disappointed in the courier and not us, and so I am hoping you will change your rating, as the 1-star rating is a reflection on our company and not the courier :) Kindest regards, Stuart

Hi Marina. Thank you very much for your kind words and for your continued support :) We decided years ago to move from a reward point system to an everyday discount system, as we didn't want our customers to have to wait to save money. We offer everyday discounts of up to 20% off depending on the number of bottles you purchase instead of rewards points that are usually valued at 1-2% of your order subtotal and don't amount to much. We also offer 2% off your entire order (including excise taxes) when you pay by eTransfer. In addition, we have a low-cost $4.99 shipping option, which is the cheapest around. It's true that we don't offer free shipping outside of a sale, but with all of these discounts, there's not much more we can do to save you money. The rest is up to our government to remove the unfair excise taxes so vaping becomes affordable again. All the best, Stuart

Hi Vrai. I'm sorry to hear about the issue you had with the Twelve Monkeys eJuice that you purchased. I am very surprised by your comment, as Twelve Monkeys has been around for over a decade and is extremely popular worldwide. They are known for their bold, sweet fruit flavours, so I'm a bit shocked by your comments. If you email me or call me with your flavour preferences, I would be happy to recommend another eJuice that you would hopefully find even bolder than Twelve Monkeys. All the best, Stuart
