I ordered an HP of “Lindsay OG,” and it arrived extremely wet, wouldn’t burn properly, and had zero flavor or potency. When I reached out, they dismissed my concerns, saying no one else had reported issues, and only offered a weak 10% discount ($40).

Honestly, this was my first and last order with BWIB 😅 At this point, I’d rather give the whole bag away than deal with something I can’t even use — and with no real option to return it.
