Hi Brett. I sincerely apologize for the delay in shipping your recent order. We notified you by email about the short delay, but I can understand why you would be disappointed. We were waiting for more bottles of Eleanor with the appropriate excise tax stamp for your jurisdiction, and our shipment from the manufacturer was sent out to us 2 days late due to our account manager being away and not having adequate support during her absence. I'm not trying to pass the blame and accept full responsibility for the delay. Always has excellent service and always has my favorite items in stock. No matter how many I order. I use to shop at a couple of different places. Now I only shop at premium ejuice. They have everything. They do not disappoint on service and inventory.

Premium eJuice is my favorite supplier for vaping items. The only downside is the shipping times, Canada Post and USPS are definitely slow, with a low, if not nonexistent, level of customer service.

I know that shipping to the US can be a bit slow with customs, and that it's nowhere near as fast as it was with DHL, however, DHL kept sending back our shipments, and so this is the only solution that we have now for shipping our products to the USA.
Owner is very accommodating and goes above and beyond.
