Hi Abbas. It was a pleasure speaking with you over the phone today about the issue that you experienced with one of our premium eJuice brands. I hope that the replacement bottle that we will be sending you will make up for the less than stellar experience that you had with the bottle you purchased. As I mentioned, we will send you a return shipping label so that you can send the problematic bottle back to us so that we can have it tested in a local lab to ensure that the nicotine content is what it is supposed to be. We take the safety of our customers extremely seriously, and so instead of just reporting this issue to the manufacturer, hoping that they will test the batch, we are going to have it tested ourselves so that we can be sure that the tests are completed and that any problematic eJuice is removed from our inventory prior to informing the manufacturer. Thank you again for reporting this issue to us and for placing your trust in us. I will get back in touch with you as soon as we receive the lab results. All the best, Stuart

We had to custom-order the items that you bought direct from the distributor, which would normally be delivered the following day; however, our account manager was out of the office that day, and the shipment didn't go out as it should have as a result.
