I play a lot I like to gamble. I have played a lot of online conforms this one by far is one of the worst not only as customer service horrible but I have gone and spent a minimum of $300 on the casino at different times even weeks apart and I have not won anything when I went to customer support to talk to somebody about my experience they offered me $10 to stay and then instead of finishing the conversation with me when I told them that $10 didn’t seem fair. They just closed my account and kicked me out. I would not ever play here if I were you guys it’s not worth your time or your money. I bought 3 betting packages at approx. $136. I played roulette and won $427. I went to withdrawal my money and 2 days later my withdrawal was declined and my account closed for suspicious activity. I don’t know what was suspicious except that I actually won money.

A hidden Gem. Visited their website on May 4th for the first time and it took me a few minutes to go around their games, promotions, and services just because this is a crazy nice place. Decent Site Until You Need Support
I have used this site for a little while now and the payouts have been great quick and I had no issues. Then today I place a bet on a roulette spin and it was there when the ball game out screen went black then came back my number hit and no pay. First time talking to support then say sorry nothing we can do. Except offer you 10 SC. I know you lost 4000 SC today but that is all we can do.
Playfame: I spoke with chat yesterday. And that was their solution. It was less about the loss and more about the technical issue that caused me to loss out on a large win. And the solution to that being 10sc.
Also I sent an email to the support today, I also sent one yesteday but never heard back. I will not be unfaird if the situation is resolved I will update my review.
Another update: I have emailed support as requested the last 2 days with no response.
Okay I am just waiting to hear back.

I used to love this site but the house edge has gotten out of control. The games i used to play and win on, i not longer win. Newer games- forget about it. I got really excited to win one of Playfame's social media competitions, but the whole experience has been a freaking nightmare.
When I first clicked the winning link they sent, it just kept saying "not found" or "already used." I spent my own time following up and getting the issue escalated, only to be told that the win was basically fake anyway... like WTF! 🖕🖕🖕
Apparently, I’m just "too lucky" because I won another contest recently, so this one didn’t count. Why tell me I won and send me a broken link in the first place? It makes no sense to penalize customers for participating exactly as intended.
It’s misleading, frustrating, and honestly feels like a SCAM just to get engagement on their posts. If there are winning limits, put them in BIG BOLD LETTERS upfront. Don't waste people's time with broken links and false hope.
Telling someone they've won and then yanking it back is disrespectful and destroys any trust! 😒 😤
