If you have such drake policies and methods in place to not have duplicate accounts then you should have strict policies and places well to catch honest people like me when you were told to delete my account and you said you did but you did not. Use my same name use the same debit cards but you're strict system didn't catch any of that, could definitely take my money but couldn't actually pay me out that's strickly stupid in my logical mind.

So they acknowledge the reason why on here but it still just proves that they are thieves. When I opened up my account again, because I was told the first one was deleted, right then and there is where their so called policy and central computer should of caught this so called violation. I think it's rather pathetic, that these fake people that respond to these reviews are so fast at saving face by their response time, but let me assure you this is as far as any resolve ever goes with them. Usually they say give them 72 hrs for a response, but it never comes. They are the truly not ever interested in helping you. There policy is to wear you down and ignore the problem.
They think that if they keep sending you these emails, (by the way you NEVER get one person as a contact, it's just whoever is behind the computer at that time) but these emails state something like they assure you they're working diligently on it and it's been escalated to the next person and it's been on their radar even though nothing ever, and I do mean ever, gets handled. It's always just been escalated to this Fairy Godmother who does nothing ever and trying to deal with the situation people don't even know what's going on with it because no one actually reads the other prior emails. It's just the same email that's copy and pasted no Personal Touch to it at all just like the one that was sent to me by this guy. He gives a name which I assume is more than likely fake saying to contact them directly but yet I don't get any direct contact information it's just the same basic response they give everybody but yet they have 100% no intention on ever resolving anything if it's a loss to them. Even though it's not really a loss because they just flat out stole from me.
Just because they respond to negative facts here. It's only to give the impression that they care... Believe me they really don't. They have local numbers to try and call as well but it's just a recording that says to leave a message. There is no one that ever checks it so it's not worth your time trust me.

I tried out this online casino a while ago and at one point the system glitched and it made a much larger bet than I would ever have made customer service didn't believe me long story short I ended up telling them to delete my account. I recently tried to give them a second chance created an account the only thing I did different was use a different email account.
When I went to get verified and this is after they have been taking my money .
