Seems very sketchy. I played and won with them initially and then it seemed like I hit a wall. I THINK they're manipulating the rng or rtp or both. Thanks to some of the reviews on here, I was able to catch it early and close my account. Trust pilot needs to do A LOT better with all the fake reviews on it's platform

I have found a new casino with the lowest RTP around. I played mad diamond hits minimum bets $150. I hit the bonus 1 time it payed $1.50. Bigger issue the pile of diamonds never grew any bigger in the background. (pirated game probably).
I went to ask CS and there were 48 unhappy people lined up in front of me.
This place should be sued and operators jailed.
