Always responds in a timely manner and you will receive your prize. I do wish there was a way for faster redemption for wins though. I am used to playing at other places and getting my prize in 24 hours at the latest not 3 or 4 days later. Think it's just more of a way to show value to your customers with a faster turn around time especially when purchasing takes 2 seconds and ALOT of purchases are being made.
