Well where should I start? They're a bunch of scam artists that have rigged the games and are cheating us out of her hard earned money. They're great on paying out I have to admit that but then after that you don't win anymore or anything of a substantial amount. One time I logged in to get my $10 free play money at SC coins which I would do everyday login that is and somehow it skipped that day went to the following day 50 cents. Tried to contact somebody and I got the AI chat who got stuck on stupid and wouldn't go any further even though I kept asking for a live agent which it says when you purchase anything or just about anything there was always a live agent live chat that is that is available to you. That's a bunch of bull. Their chat is ran by AI who doesn't know what he's doing.
Don't tell me you understand the frustration cuz you don't. I went through $100s stupidly trying to hit a jackpot of course but then would come across the board. The three super hungry pandas just kept eating the money and eating the money and never coughed up anything. And when you're spending the SC coins on each roll or spin that is it's also taking the gold coins with it which I'm not sure why they do that because it doesn't make any sense it should be one or the other and it takes a lot of it. And if you have no gold coins only sc coins left you don't win anything

I was forced to take a gift card redemption instead of cash because the site keeps reloading when you try to redeem. On top of that i have to wait 3 days for my gift card if i even get it when other sites give it to you right away. Trash site and a scam.

The reason I gave this the rating i did is because playfame used to be my go to favorite casino. I've always got my redemtions quick within the time they have told me and they have all the games I love to play. Just recently I did a redemption request for 100 dollars. And I had it sent to my bitcoin wallet through the crypto wallet coinbase has which is how I always make my redemptions. But it's been past 3 days and im still waiting on my redemption. I tried to email support to see what happen to my 100 dollar redemtion and I have not gotten an answer back and it's been over 24 hours since I emailed them. My redemptions normally take 3-4 hours never waited past 3 days. Once I get my redemption is will gladly update my rating on here but I dont think it's right that I havent even gotten a approval email in 3 days and I requested it to come to my crypto account. If theres anyone one from the support team that can help me with this i would really appreciate it. I am willing to keep playing at your casino as long as I get my redemption. If someone can get back to me please do.

Update: the money came a day late I updated my my review from 2 to 4 stars I the website is amazing I just didn't like that my second redemtion took longer then the first but I guess things happen. There a great casino overall. And there legit!!!

This morning I purchased a package on Playfame and started playing games at 0.50 cents per spin. I quickly noticed that when I would hit spend it would deduct the 0.50¢ but when the spend was done it would deduct another.10¢ this was on every spin. I recorded this as it was happening so I have proof of it. So they are scamming us out of money right under our noses and we don't even realize it.

Well its been 10 days and my case for help has not been solved. I have a video that shows exactly what happen. The Claim button on a promotion never moved to the final page to claim 15 free spins and a wheel chance. Yes people that is all
And after several email live chats its no closer to be resolved I was told it was escalated sent a confirmation it would be resolved with in 72 hours again a lie. Ive has three seperate customer service reps saying they would look into it and that was a lie. Day 10 im still waiting and I believe they are never going to resolve it and just wait until I stop enquiring. Oh and the requirements to fill this promotion costed me well over $100 but they do not care. I would recommend find another casino and make sure its not the same licensing agent. 7/14/2026 I just went in and not only emailed but went to live chat support, waited through 25 people an hour that were infront of me, then Phil a live agent came in and immediately logged out without answering not one of my requests, I have the screen shots. They can't make it any more obvious of the abuse ive had to endure that past 11 days straight. I was told they have a code of sometype and label your account so no one will help you next step is they will block me. If anyone wants to see my evidence videos screen shots ect. Just email me I have no problem showing you every thing. And again if I ever recieve a resolution I will post it right here. CHECKING BACK the appropriate team never provided me with anything, but this is the way they continue gaslighting they try and say you never asked for an update!!!! BS ive been waiting 11 days and counting again they simply dont care proof again tomorrow people they have no intention on resolving my case watch and see it will go years

I will have to give playfame a 2 star , I've been playing for a while now spending alot of money. And have only hit 1 back when I first started . Not sure what the deal is. But I have never not hit on most of these casinos. Is it rigged.

They take out bet spin 2 times. Once before spin, then when spin competes before you hit button for next spin, where it repeats deductions.

I made an account and took advantage of the first 2 welcome offers, putting around 250$ in. I ended up with 580$. Been waiting days without a word about my redemption. There are other sites that offer instant redemption. There are other sites that can get my future deposits. I know that we know that you know you do this in hopes of people canceling their redemption so they can gamble any of their winnings/your losses away. It's gross.
