We have had personal contact.
In your case, it turned out you had created two accounts, with two different email addresses. One account was canceled, but the other wasn't. You were charged for the active account. Once an account is canceled, no more payments are debited from your account.
In addition, you indicate that we are scammers because customer service is not responding. There is a 2-hour difference between your message to us and the review on Trustpilot. Our customer service is available 7 days a week, and we always respond within 1 day. This is of course quite unique.
We have also cancelled the subscription for your other account, so no further payments will be made.
Great customer service…
Website does what it's supposed to but it's just not for me. Had issues on my end cancelling my subscription. Was helped generously by the physio team. If I were in need of their services I would definitely sign up for it.

I didn’t realise at trial stage, that I had unknowingly subscribed to make monthly payments. It was not my intention to do so. I am thankful for the refund. I need now to unsubscribe.

We're very open and transparent about our pricing. We have a separate pricing page, and I've shown you that during the self-checkout process, we also mention that you agree to a 7-day trial period. If the subscription isn't canceled within the trial period, it will be upgraded to a monthly subscription.
