Beware of getting trapped unwittingly into subscription!
It is not clear that you are signing up for a subscription. I found the initial questionnaire/check that cost £1.99 unhelpful and would not have chosen to subscribe. Only discovered I had been charged when I saw the debit from my bank account. Like others have said it is not transparent and I was never sent an email or any other communication to say they were going to take further money. My understanding is that under UK law companies have to inform consumers about payment and cancellation terms clearly before taking money. This did not happen.

SCAMMERS!! BEWARE!!
You go on the site to get an assessment. 9 months later I realized the assessment that cost £2.49 that didn't even say what was wrong was costing me £12.99 a month. So they managed to get £127 out of me for NOTHING!!! This company as a scam. Don't go anywhere near them

Watch out as once you pay for one check they charge you a monthly fee which I didn’t see as it was not clear. I was desperate to get my issue solved and did not see where it said it was then a monthly fee which I felt once I see the money gone from my account I was conned.
