The platform was a great resource when I suffered sudden extreme hip pain after a downhill bush run on a weekend and couldn’t get to a physio. The diagnosis in my case, after entering symptoms and answering questions in what appears to be a thorough check came up with a high probability of a particular ailment. This did not gel with what my actual physio diagnosed a few days later. The physio said he understood why the system said what it did but it was incorrect given my presenting symptoms. Not sure if it’s even possible but I didn’t think to take the time to provide that feedback into Physiocheck so that its algorithm for my condition could be tweaked. Because of this and the fact the system has no referring physios in Tas I’m currently suspending subscription but I still don’t hesitate in recommending trial use and make your own mind up. Suspending service wasn’t as visibly simple in the app as stated but very efficient when contacting a human!

The app was very useful and offered detailed reasons for my pain, including videos of exercises to do to check for symptoms, and useful videos of exercises to take part in to help relieve the pain.

Apparently I signed for a trial period then automatically renewed which I didn’t want. The firm accepted and cancelled subscription so if do ever want their services I will use them compared to others

the initial check tool doesn't tell you its a paid for until you've answered all the questions. Then it charges you £3.99. Once you pay for the £3.99, a week later you then get charged for another £16.99 monthly subscription payment. Not transparent at all.

The response time to my problem was impressive. They have left me with a smile on my face.

A great product, very useful

Easy to use and simple to follow. Accurate diagnosis. Slightly steep price for exercise plan but much cheaper than being provided exercises by physio 1:1. Good service overall

I signed up for a one-time assessment (€3.49). At no point was it clearly communicated that this would turn into a paid subscription.

A few days later, €16.99 was charged automatically without a clear warning, without an explicit opt-in, and without any confirmation email or subscription details. I never received terms, renewal information, or proper notice of a recurring payment.

This kind of practice is misleading and not transparent. A legitimate subscription requires clear consent and confirmation, which did not happen here.

I have canceled immediately and requested a refund. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before entering any payment details.

Used for urgent information and after 100 questions and tests then withheld all information unless I paid money. Waste of time

I misunderstood the registration instructions and signed up for a membership I did not want. However, they have been very understanding and corrected my error. Well done!

Not too keen after a month later realised it was a subscription thing. Something to watch for. Generally good advice, but expensive
