Great Service

Health and Safety Review
Recently Matt Best and his colleague Alex Cookson come out to our sales office and warehouse to undertake a review our current Health & Safety procedures and documentation. Matt and Alex went through a series of questions about our business that proceeded in a logical order ensuring that any updates to our policies were directly relevant to our business and the activities that take place within our operation. After the review was competed I was shown the BrightHR software and was taken through the various sections of the platform and how this would further benefit our business in using the platform to maintain our H&S policies.

Their HR consultant was very helpful, and Matt and Alex from the H&S team provided a really good service when they came to visit. New Contracts for our Staff
I recently had contact with Jill from Peninsula as we needed to review and update our Employee's contracts. Jill was amazing, she drafted contracts for our Staff after a discussion around what we were actually needing. Once finalized, Jill helped guide me through the updated version. Staff were very happy with the New Contracts and I was very grateful for Jill's patience and time she took to help us create a contract that worked for our Company.
