I recently had a health and safety inspection carried out by Brenda Smith, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. Predatory company
Absolute crap, steer clear. Most if not all negative reviews revolve around cancellation fees and getting out of contracts. Once we decided to cancel our contract we were ignored. Cannot recommend to anyone.

Going from using subcontractors in our business to having employees was a much bigger step that we anticipated! Do not TRUST this company
I’ll keep this short
In 2018 I had a salesperson hard sell me a HR product, that without I was going to end up in court very quickly. They needed to urgently rewrite my contract, they needed to restructure the way I was working, they gave me templates of contracts and and handbooks written for everyone. They scared me into signing and ive believed that until now.
To date this small business owner has been cheated out of $37.5K since 2018 when I believed the salesperson. I was told in that meeting and again once my 3 years was up that I could cancel anytime once the first 3-year term was up. Covid hit and I needed a little help from them, most of the time they just read something on the computer.
Last year I was going through a restructure of jobs within our company, our staff started working as self employed contractors and not employees I had several HR professionals checking the list and confirming my staff could be self-employed. A few months back I called with question on Self employed and was bluntly told that they could no longer help me and I needed to go to a over priced HR lawyer as they don’t deal with self-employed. On hearing this I called to stop my insane payments every month – only to be told by their customer service person – sure we will cancel but you’ll need to pay the term of your contact and you can’t cancel until 2027. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH EMPLOYSURE -changed their name is Peninsula BEWARE.
No new contract have ever been updated, no new handbooks have ever been updated, they do nothing but read a screen and tell you they cant help you.
