Olive and Jet alpaca wool socks are simply awesome. I ordered socks for my sister and I to walk Camino Santiago in May. These socks are everything! Great cushioning, comfortable fit, ridiculously soft, breatheable, moisture wicking, thermal regulating, easy wash, quick dry and odour resistant. 114km and no blisters at all - just happy feet! I highly recommend these socks!!!

The socks are not all wool and contain more than 50% synthetic fibre.
The socks are made in China not NZ.
Neither fact can be found on their website.

Easy to order this great product, timely delivery and great communication.

Prompt service and socks are delightfully soft and warm.

Nothing spectacular… but ordering wasn’t an issue at all. Socks actually showed up yesterday. So now onto next phase of experience…

havn't received my order its been over a week.
they won't reply to emails i beleave it was a 2 to 3 day delivery time frame.

I received the socks 3 pairs even though the package stated 4 pairs were in side - just wondered what has happened as I paid $'72.03/11.5.2026 for the said socks - maybe I have got it wrong perhaps you could advise me - the socks though are great. Kind regards Evelyn Searle

I got the boot socks as I like knee high socks best
They have exceeded my expectations
I was a little anxious as I ordered 8 pairs on the special offer they are great quality and so soft and comfortable
I have a brand of hemp ones I really like, but these are better !
So soft and confortable, easily wearable for several days
I also tested for night wear
Feet were happy and comfortable all night, wearing socks at night usually gets uncomforable after a certain point, not with these !
Cozy but not hot, they keep your feet at a good temperature, so far no matter what, they really are fab

Paying $100 for four pairs of discounted socks feels excessive, particularly when the website heavily promotes the durability and premium qualities of alpaca fibres, yet the products contain mostly synthetic materials. Comparable synthetic socks are available at a fraction of the price, which makes the marketing feel misleading for customers expecting a genuinely premium product.

If the brand is aiming to build long-term customer loyalty, I would encourage it to reconsider the business model and overall value proposition, as I personally won’t be purchasing again. After reading reviews on Trustpilot, it appears many other customers share similar concerns.

It’s disappointing, as I was genuinely keen to support a New Zealand/local brand. However, seeing the tracking information originate from Hong Kong gave the impression that this is simply another drop-shipping operation rather than a locally based business.

You took the money and did not send the socks. And then you refuse to answer the inquiry about where our order is. We got better service from Blind Brothers. UPDATE: Finally received my items a whole month after they were ordered. That is NOT a timely delivery. Did you all realize these are made in China? States it right on the label on the socks.

I had a query with the deluvery which was sorted out very promptly.
Have just tried the ankle socks and they come up just right and are super comfortable.
Giving the rest of my order away as present.
Will defintely buy again especialky when on offer.

Socks wore out after wearing them 4 times. Big holes in the heels. Socks made for marketing and advertising not actually wearing lol

Complete scam company. these socks come up very small . I am uk size 7.5/8 and I ordered Xl . These are way too tight and put marks on my ankles in minutes. When I ordered them they were delivered to the uk from Netherlands. When I wanted to return them I was told I had to send them back to New Zealand at my own cost which was going be over 60 pound ! so they make it impossible for you to return them. total rip off

I never received my order, which is the crux of my complaint; accordingly, I can’t attest the poor quality of their products, though I have come to learn that they have less than a stellar reputation. Their customer service department is unresponsive and those that “work” there should truly find other employment. I would seriously suggest that one not buy anything from them.

Very easy to order, you get a pretty good discount too.
They are very nice to feel when you wear you definitely can feel the difference with an ordinary socks. They are very comfortable.
The issue is they are very weak i put some picture after just one day if wearing them, no running no climbing i just work in an office, they have no you will be using them for hiking or any kind of activities.
They are mostly good when you stay at home.

I was excited to be a kiwi buying a good kiwi product .... then tracked the socks through 4 days in international customs and then on receipt found they're Made in China.

These soft socks are the bee’s knees and the cat’s whiskers rolled into one! They are soft, seem to wick moisture, cool in summer and definitely warm in winter. The only slight downside is that if you have any tight shoes you may find these aren’t the perfect partners. Full marks for this entrepreneurial company. Don’t believe the risk of scam warnings. They are bona fide- the dogs best bone!

I bought cashmere socks so not cheap.i have circulatory problems and they were very tight.i asked for a refund as they were not fit for purpose but although they came from an address in England I had to return them to New Zealand.what a swizz very poor service so be warned not a way to conduct business,

Bought alpaca ankle socks to replace old Paco ones that I've had for years and very happy with. O&J ankle socks were at least an inch too short and poor grip so fall down and need pulling up. Won't be buying from O&J again

Terrible customer service when they cannot explain clearly the buy 2 get one free, total ripoff.
It said very clear on order buy 2 get one free, but no that’s not how it works. These are also made in China which is stated deep in website but for the price, again ripoff!
