Considering the advertising promoting these socks, I expected the alpaca wool content to be more than 45%.
The communication of the company however was excellent.
I will not buy more of these socks, as I do not find them as warm as expected.

Well made and fit well but not really very warm. Too much synthetic material in them.

The sock surprisingly and pleasingly keep my perma-frozen feet warm. Excellent work here. They did shed (in the toes) and pill (on the back of the heel) on the 1st wear.
I would like some long-sleeved shirts in the same fabric please and thank you!

Second purchase of these socks. Very comfortable to wear, all my family love these is various lengths.

Id give it less if I could. Look, you are just buying cheap chinese shit that the ship out of China after you order.. it may or may not be made of what they say. You will never know. Ive dumped 89% of mine, unworn. Why??? Because the dye comes out on to the skin of you supposedly dry feet. Your feet are blue until you wash them a few times. Hopefully I have helped someone. This is a SCAM.

On receiving the socks I felt the tops and thought they aren’t any different to other socks I have; however, when I actually opened my ‘crew’ socks I changed my mind, they are soft and have substance to them around the foot area (which is what matters). Wore them today and got to say they are very comfortable. Looking forward to wearing my ‘quarters’ in the next few days. I’m happy to recommend them if you’re considering buying.

I’m really disappointed in the grey pair I bought, sent photos of a really badly scuffed up pair of socks to the company, their response eventually was I could pay to return them or get a ‘goodwill’ payout of 10% of the socks and keep them. After one use they are so scuffed the fabric feels thin they will go into the bin. They are not fit for purpose. Their guarantee is if you pay to send them back they will give you your money back. They are nice socks (the other colours)but their business model sucks.

Fantastic products and great customer service. I have purchased socks for all the family now and we are all happy with the socks, even the fussy member of the family😆 The customer service is amazing and there was no issues when I ordered the wrong ones, returned and replaced without any issues. Great product and excellent customer service, I highly recommend them😉

Love my quarter socks and resulting toastie feet. Was fully aware of the fibre blend from the product description on the website prior to purchase. They are warm socks. HOW- EVER The website gives the impression of NZ so why is there no mention on the website that I could see explaining that the socks are made in china? This only became evident when I read that fact on the sock surrounds when they arrived. Sooooooo - is the alpaca fleece sent from NZ to china for processing or in-fact is there no NZ content at all.??? felt a little bit disappointed and a bit cheated that only part of the product story is told online and that there is a lack of transparency. I understand business and production constraints but I feel like withholding product information from customers is questionable. In summary its a China made product not NZ am I correct? .....( Have since dug into the website further and found details that the socks are made off shore from off shore products - but that information isn't easily visible unless you scroll right through to questions and answers and you will find that information mingled with other general information if you click on random questions) - Unfortunately it makes me question the values and back story of this brand. Would I buy these socks again ? NO - there are plenty of other Alpaca sock options available

I have ordered twice from Olive and Jet and can’t fault anything. The ordering system is easy, the socks arrived promptly and communication was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

These are the most comfortable warm socks i have ever bought. Keeps you up to date on delivery. Reasonable delivery time.

Socks arrived damaged, wore 1 pair for a single day and they fell apart. False advertising for a premium product, when trying to get a refund and return products staff makes it a difficulty process. DO NOT buy.

In response to your reply, I’ve been in contact and you still won’t help, process the refund unless I pay for 50$+ shipping. Pathetic customer service, false advertising on products, shame on you for running a scam of a business.

I wanted to return the socks because of the fit; however, they do have a return policy but has to be shipped to New Zealand! What the "h...." It will cost me $70.00 shipping. Very dishonest!

Came quickly. Lovely soft socks. I experience cold toes and the alpaca socks really make a difference

The socks are fantastic, arriving just in time for the cold weather. Warm, dry, and comfortable. The only problem was a slight hiccup over tracking. But that was quickly resolved.

After checking the site carefully I discovered the socks are made in China with Alpaca wool from South America.
New Zealand is being used as a brand quality marker.
I do not like this.
