Excellent clear, easily explored website.
Seems a bargain price comparing the prices of other titanium pans. Not yet arrived so cannot comment as to how well it works but will leave another review when I have used it.

Straight forward ordering process, just what I’ve been looking for - a non stick pan for life!

Purchased a titanium frying pan and carried out the pre-use proofing. Once done, steak stuck and burnt on the pan. What a waste of money and time. Go elsewhere. Would not recommend.

I absolutely love my frying pan. I was a little anxious about ordering, as there are a few competitors, but Longwell's pans are solid titanium, not coated. I shouldn't have worried, it's the best frying pan I've ever had - heats evenly, is light and comfortable to handle, and washing up is ACTUALLY A PLEASURE. Even burnt bits just slide off. Really high quality. SO good, that I've also bought the deeper 11" pot - my children call it my travel cauldron. It's MAGNIFICENT. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend buying titanium pans from Longwell&Co. I plan to give them as wedding presents to nearest and dearest.

Easy to order and read the product descriptions

Pan arrived after quite a wait ( not a problem). The bottom is not flat and does not sit stably on the hob, the part that does touch the hob then causes a hotspot that burns the food (not on a high heat) I’ve used it once and struggling to remove the burnt residue. I’ve emailed customer services but the email can’t be sent to the address provided. I don’t believe the surface to be “hand hammered” and am not convinced it’s titanium.
Update….
Have had emails (AI generated) now asking for details etc but my emails are all returned as undeliverable.

Still awaiting delivery after two weeks, hopefully not a scam but reading other reviews I’m not sure of the authenticity of these pans. Regretting my decision and not reading the reviews on trustpilot first.

I received my order yesterday and not impressed at all. No manufacturers marking, on either of the two pans I ordered. Both came in a plane box with Chinese printed label. Handles were separate and fitting nuts loose in the box, different nuts for each pan.
Plain cardboard boxes put inside a posh Longwell bag with a card with washing and cooking instructions.
In my opinion these have been mass produced and shipped over and marketed as something rather special.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

This company makes a number of claims that I have asked numerous times for proof/evidence to confirm or deny. I would avoid this company at all costs.

1. They claim their pans are made in Japan, they are made in China. The tracking information starts in China, the pan matches numerous pans I have found on Temu for £10 both with the same TI markings. They claim their fulfilment centre is in China but their pans are made in Japan, I asked for proof of this.... still waiting.

2. They market their pans as free of all chemicals, I asked for proof of the chemical make up of their pans.... still waiting. So I am unsure what is actually in these Chinese pans. If you’re looking for a chemical free pan I would avoid the risk.

3. They claim their returns are easy and hassle free, you will have to send the pan back to China and cover the cost yourself. This is around £30.

4. They claim to have over 21,500 reviews on their website but only have a handfull of reviews on trust pilot, that is a insane difference, seems fishy.

5. They have companies on their website like 'Masterchef' and 'Hells Kitchen' I asked for proof of their partnership with these global brands, again you guessed..... still waiting.

This company is a drop shipping business marketing cheap Chinese pans as hand made Japanese pans. Be very cautious.

Very smooth purchase. Hopeful the product lives up to the promise - the 25 year guaranteee is excellent.

Product detail was really useful, factual not a sales pitch. Really clear product benefits without needing to scroll endlessly. Really good ‘bundle’ pricing too - as a result I’ve bought one for my daughter to take to Uni (let’s hope she gets her grades 😂) or I’ll have 3 to use at home

We brought our son one these a while back. Very good product,so we are upgrading our pan.
