I am happy with 1-person sauna bought recently. It fits nicely in its placed corner and works efficiently. I also appreciate the attitude of and services provided by Nordikrecovery’s staff. Highly recommended.

After a good amount of time researching, I eventually found that this is the best single person sauna available right now. The build is not perfect, but the few things that I find could be improved, are not something significant that this is still top of my list.

Here's a few things that I think can be improved:
1) the door is heavy and tends to sag, but this has to be a proper quality glass for good heat retention and aesthetics, in fact you should not install it yourself - get someone to help raise and hold it while you mount the screws; i was able to do it myself with proper tools and some planning, but if you are not handy, get help
2) i am of slightly smaller than average size and i find the heater in the back doesn't quite reach my lower back, which was a personal preference, but this is something i can address with a small seat i can custom make, but others of average size will likely find the heater position perfect, and
3) the heat on the lower legs is lower than i want, but this sauna is built to plug in directly to the standard wall outlet, so heat distribution needs to fit into that limitation and in fact, Nordik customer service confirmed this. If your needs are for a higher heat capacity, Nordik may have other products to fit that, but those may also need installation requirements beyond a standard plug and play, which is what this single sauna unit is

Now there's some review than mentioned that the customer service is not responsive but this was not my experience. In fact, I reached out to them because there was a price change about a month after my order and they promptly honored the new price with a quick refund to my account.

As of this writing, the sauna is working perfectly, heats up quickly to 65C (i've only been setting it up to 60C so far which is sufficient for my need). I use it at least 2 to 3 times a week, and will get more use soon as everyone in the family starts to enjoy it.

Do yourself a favor, get one and start enjoying the benefits of sauna. The assembly was easy, it looks great, it really does, which is a plus, and for the price, this has to be the best single person sauna out there.

Excellent customer service through text! Came in a few days! Live in Canada. So happy with it. Love it! Don't regret it. One of my best investments. I feel so energized after 20 min at 53 degrees. Working my way up!

We purchased our sauna just over 2 months ago and are absolutely loving it. The entire process from purchase to set up was seamless. We knew there would be a wait prior to shipping and appreciated the updates that were supplied to us. Once our sauna was shipped, we were able to track it and arrange a specific day for delivery. In anticipation of its arrival we watched the set up video and got our space prepared. Two of us put it together in about an hour and it was very straightforward. The unit is really well built and works as advertised. The different lighting options are wonderful and having a few audio options is great. The follow-up call from customer service was really appreciated. This purchase was money well spent. Highly recommend!

Sauna arrived promptly. Super easy to put together. Our family uses it frequently and enjoys all the health benefits. I appreciate how it is Canadian made. It is the perfect compact infrared home sauna, yet spacious enough that it doesn’t feel too small.

My experience with Nordic Recovery had a difficult start. The sauna arrived with shipping damage and additional quality issues that required attention. Communication and the resolution process took longer than I had expected, which was frustrating.

However, Nordic Recovery ultimately stood behind their product and worked with me to reach a satisfactory resolution. While I wish the process had been handled more quickly from the start, I appreciate the effort to make things right in the end.

I also had the opportunity to speak with Justin directly. He and his team are clearly committed to delivering quality products at an affordable price while continuously working to improve the customer experience. I appreciate the time, attention, and effort they dedicated to resolving my concerns.

Tried calling into make a purchase, couldn’t ever get someone. When I finally did, I couldn’t get proper information regarding a sauna.

My wife and I are thrilled with our new Sauna. It has truly changed our health journey. A little delayed receiving it being one of the first orders but set up was quick and easy. So far so good!

Took awhile to receive the two person spa but was well worth the wait. Kept us informed on delivery date. Added a robe for any inconvience we incurred. Awesome company to deal with. Easy assembly, all pieces were there. Heats to 50c in about 20 minutes, 60c in 30 minutes. Plug and play connections are great! Easy to care for.

Exactly as described and a very well put together unit. We love our Nordic Recovery Spa and definitely recommend. You won’t be disappointed

Ordered the two person sauna which did take some time to arrive but easy to set up and has worked great.
Customer service was responsive during wait wait period and included some add ons for the additional wait time.
Overall satisfied with the product and use the sauna frequently.

Nordik Recovery was fantastic to deal with. I was able to get one of the single units from their launch. They understood the disappointment of a short delay from the original ETA, and more than made up for it with clear communication and a free Nordik Recovery robe for the troubles. The sauna I received was so bad. And the customer service was terrible!! 😡

I recently purchased the Ultimate Pro package from Nordic Recovery, including both the ice bath and the chiller unit. From a product standpoint, it generally meets my expectations. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the customer experience and after-sales support.

It is virtually impossible to speak directly with a representative. All requests must be submitted through a form or by email, and response times are often measured in days rather than hours. When an issue requires multiple exchanges, each reply results in another lengthy wait, meaning that even a relatively simple problem can take weeks to resolve.

In my case, I also discovered that the documentation provided did not match the model I received. The manuals appear to be outdated, creating unnecessary confusion and raising numerous questions, particularly regarding maintenance and operation of the unit. This leads to avoidable frustration and additional support requests.

I get the impression that the company faces significant challenges with its customer service processes and case management. This is especially disappointing considering the premium price point of the product.

If you are considering purchasing from Nordic Recovery, I strongly recommend evaluating other suppliers as well and paying close attention to the quality of the after-sales support being offered.

For me, the product itself is satisfactory, but the overall experience has been very disappointing. The lack of accessibility, slow response times, and difficulty obtaining effective support turned what should have been a straightforward experience into a significant source of frustration.

Future buyers should make sure the level of customer support meets their expectations before making an investment of this magnitude.
