There customer service is non existance. I have asked them to call a few times but no call and no response. I hate to see if you you had a issue with the sauna.!!!!!

I'm very pleased with the quality of this product. Easy to put together and user friendly. The only thing is that they don't deliver directly into your home.

We love our 3 person sauna! We use it almost everyday and our sleep and recovery have noticeably improved. Would highly recommend the Nordik brand as it was easy to put together and looks nice too.

Hello! we continue to have a great experience with Nordik. Delivery was on time. Set up was easy as seen on the video with excellent structural stability. Quality is great. We use the IR sauna 3-5 times a week and feel we are having great results.

I never received the item I ordered. They did not respond to any of my inquiries.

Currently own a chiller and bath.
They are great products, love the quality, looks and functions.
They are part of my daily routine.

Had some technical issues with initial version.
Overall experience with customer service was positive.
Knowledgeable & professional, they provided information and testing instructions.

At the end, it's the result that matters.
Couldn't be happier with my Nordik chiller/bath.

Great value for the price.

I had my chiller in use outside for too long last fall and the unit froze and broke the filter housing. Nordic supplied me a new housing free of charge. Unfortunately when I started it up it still had a slow leak coming from inside the unit where I could not access.
Even though my chiller was out of warranty Justin and Hassan let me drop it off for an inspection/repair completed the same day as I was only passing through Montreal.
I couldn’t be happier with their quick response and action. It is now back on my deck running like a charm.

We love our sauna! We had it shipped across provinces and it arrived in great condition in a wooden crate. It was easy to assemble. It works well and the sound system is great too. We recommended it to our family and friends.

We love our 2-person sauna! We pre-ordered in the spring and the sauna arrived quicker than expected. It was easy to put together and warms up rather quickly

We bought the one-person sauna. It came beautifully packaged so that nothing was scratched or broken. The unit was straightforward to assemble and all of the pieces were labeled and the instructions were clear. We have been using the sauna a few times per week with no issues. Very happy with the quality of this purchase!

I have purchased recently the 1 person Nordic Recovery.Delivery was fast! Setting up was easy! It's an awesome experience with your favorite tunes playing through the bult in speakers! Would definitely recommend!

Really enjoy my 2 person Nordik Sauna.
Found it to be a breeze to put together, well made and looks good to.
Use it every other day for 30 minutes and have had no issues with its performance.

Wonderful experience with this company. I ordered the 2-person sauna. Arrival took some time, but setup was easy, and I have been enjoying the product for about 3 months.

Had an issue within that time and support got a replacement part to me ASAP.

We have a 2 persons infrared sauna! So far it has been all positive for us and my wife is enjoying it!

It took a little longer then expected for delivery which made me a little uncomfortable but it was when it was transfered to a local delivery company and they were holding it until they had a truck available to deliver to my location. Only reason for a 4 star.
Dealing with this company was a very good experience. Any question I had they replied within a day and were helfull.
We love the 2 person sauna. For us it is more like a 1 person to sit comfortably but you could sit 2.
Would buy again from them if I needed something.
They text me once in a while to make sure all is good with the sauna. I appreciate that.
