The original shipment of the sauna took longer than expected and communication was weak.
When the sauna finally arrived it was a 1 person sauna when I had ordered a 3 person. There was a considerable delay in receiving the 3 person and I was reminded that I was responsible to keep the crate indoors at room temperature as I was responsible for the crate.
The replacement arrived and it was discovered that a floor panel was broken in several places.
I elected to carry on with the installation and to accept a reasonable credit instead of the aggravation for waiting for a replacement.
I was advised that minor variations or imperfections were to be accepted. I had provided them with four still photos and a 40 second video detailing the three broken areas that were clearly damaged and by no means minor in nature.
Extensive delays, damaged product and no consideration. Candidly I would have been satisfied with a $250 refund.
Upon assembly it became very apparent that it was indeed made in China and I am now concerned about the long term quality.

I ordered my sauna on November 28, 2025. My order arrived in late March of 2026 with a broken cover for the top and a missing sealing strip. While the company was fast to respond and did send a replacement sealing strip, it is now October, and I still have an unsatisfactory resolution for the broken top cover. This may be insignificant to some, but for me, my sauna is positioned in a place where the top is very visible. They offered me money with the excuse that "they did not know how to ship the top". When they finally shipped it, I received the new top, cut into 2 pieces, with the explanation that this is the new top. And while better, it is not what I purchased. I bought this sauna for function AND aesthetics..like many other people. If I had known that if was going to look SO cheap and bad in this regard would have taken my business elsewhere. My costco sauna looked better than this!

Went from having a very expensive clear light sauna 14 yrs ago that went with my house when I left … to this Nordik 2 man sauna. It arrived just amazingly packed!!! Very easy to put together with 2 people..
I am so happy with it and I already feel I am detoxing glyphosate, heavy metals when I sweat. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!!!

I have posted my horrible experience with this company and the product in the online reviews. The whole experience terrible. This is the end result.
When I chose the outdoor version of ice bath and compact pro chiller, their software added a sauna and other products into my cart. I was unable to remove them and finally got them removed with the help of customer service rep, Alicia.
When I tried to check out, I found that if I did not sign up for regular orders of cleaning materials, costing about $147 every three months, I was unable to complete my order. Once again, Alicia helped me with this. She offered me a free set of cleaning materials for my troubles. Of course, they did not arrive with the order.
When the order arrived, several pieces were missing. My technician followed the instructions carefully. One of the instructions required the technician to view the online video of the installation of the product. Nope! the video was not there.
Then the instructions required a "Success call" with a technician. I booked a "Success call" and the technician reviewed his installation of the ice bath and chiller. The technician, Ramon, was an excellent communicator and said that the technician had installed the unit perfectly.
As it was a very hot day, Ramon advised us that the unit should not be out in the hot sun as it will deteriorate and rot over time. I would need to build a cover for the unit to keep it out of the sun. THEN he said that the chiller could get somewhat wet, but not really wet, as in when it's raining. And THEN he said that the chiller could not be left outside in minus 0 degrees temperature.
Wow! Nordik advertises it as a unit designed for outdoors. I'm not sure what country they think it can be left outdoors all year long, but it is not Canada.
What a disappointment. Even returning the unit was a hassle. And I was unsure if I would get my money back. It took some time.
Do not buy this product or anything from this company!

It's a well made product. I set it up myself in about an hour. It was pretty easy. It takes around 35-40 minutes of pre heating to get up to temperature but once its there it holds. It definitely gets a good sweat on. The music and lighting is a nice touch.

Excellent products and more importantly excellent customer service.

I have Nordisk sauna for over 4 month. It is 1 person infrared sauna. We are using and enjoying on avg 4 times a week So far no problems Assembly was easy. I need also to mention well engineered packaging.

Sauna showed up and was super simple to put together no issues with missing parts or anything. Use it 3-4 times a week and works amazing. Good for the price point!

Very happy with my sauna. Ordering was easy, and delivery was quick. Assembly was relatively simple. I love the Bluetooth sound system and the coloured lighting options. Also appreciate the clean lines and simple design of the exterior. All in all I am very pleased and would recommend this product to everyone.

Purchased the one seater infrared sauna and have really enjoyed it - use it every single day. Overall aesthetic is great, being able to dial the back panel up or down is great and assembly was straightforward and I was able to do most of it by myself. Would recommend

The nordik infrared sauna was easy to put together and built strong. I’ve had mine for over 6 months and use after my daily workout, 6 days a week. Would definitely recommend

The two-person Nordik Sauna is a great purchase for anyone wanting to start their infrared sauna experience. I compared tons of full spectrum saunas and Nordik came out on top for included features balanced with cost. The cabin space is comfortable for two average sized people and heats to 55°C in about 40 minutes. Sound system is great, plus the lighting system lets you customize your experience. We had one issue with the sauna but the customer care team resolved it quickly. We would definitely buy from Nordik again.

I LOVE my sauna! It’s a little timeout each day where I can relax, reflect, and take a break from the busyness of life! Very easy to assemble! I look forward to going in there daily and my sleep has improved. Kelly O’Hara

Sauna delivered as expected. Was able to assemble the product in my own - quite simple. All is working as planned. Next step. The ice tub!!!

I was skeptical to order a sauna and did tons of research to find the right one. I went with the Nordik and couldn’t be happier. Everything is very well made and works excellent. My only gripe is that there is no app to turn it on remotely but that’s not a real issue. Just something I hope they may add down the road. I highly recommend this sauna.

We bought a 2-person infrared sauna and absolutely love it. The customer service has been above and beyond. The installation was difficult, but very do-able with 2 people.

Love the sauna, I use it almost daily. Honestly very little to complain about. Assembly was easy, looks good, works great, only negative is it takes a little while to get to temperature but I just adjust what I’m doing to allocate time for it.

From the speedy and friendly delivery to the excellent installation instructions, it wasn't long before I was enjoying the heat and benefits of my 1-person sauna. It's a favourite part of my day! I highly recommend Nordik Recovery.

The cold plunge is completely warped after just one year of use. The lid doesn't cover the tub by 2 or 3inches on both sides now.
Warranty covered nothing

It was easy to assemble. Well thought out. Sauna works well. Takes awhile to heat but once there it works fine.
