The sauna set up was easy. Definitely takes two people. Start to finish, including unscrewing the box, it took my wife and I about two hours to set up.

It has been wonderful and a nearly daily part of my workout routine. Highly recommend this brand.

I love the size (it’s the one person) because it doesn't take up a lot of space, and it heats up quickly.
And I love that it's not ugly.

We decided to buy a sauna after both my wife and I had separate experiences with being in a sauna. After some research we decided on the two person.
After ordering it was the waiting that was the hardest part. I have been in logistics and I understand the long long lead times if your product is a good seller especially if is comes from offshore. We did get an email saying it was shipped very close to the lead time stated at time of ordering and within a few days was contacted by the delivery company to receive the sauna.
It came in a different box than what the online video showed but all the parts were well packed inside. I assembled it myself as I was anxious to get it set up and surprise my wife. Having two people as recommended would have been easier but assembly went smoothly.
It was good to know what the power requirements were before we received the sauna as I was able to have a dedicated outlet installed while waiting for it to arrive.
Operation is fairly simple. As with any thing new it take a few times to understand how it works and all the features, but one touch of the power button, wait 20 minutes and hop in. (Don't forget to drink lots of water as per instructions)
We have had our sauna for over 3 months now and enjoy it 2-3 times per week.

Excellent product. Easy to put together, needs 2 people to put it together but very clear instructions and easy to do. The sauna looks amazing! It works great. We are using it multiple times a week especially if we've gotten any kind of injury, we just sit and soak up the heat. I love the bluetooth, I paired my cell and play worship music softly while I'm soaking up the heat. Its a fantastic time to just sit quietly in God's presence.
The other thing I've noticed is the aroma every time I walk past the room where the sauna is set up I smell the soothing aroma of the wood. I have already recommended this sauna to a few friends and I would recommend it to anyone. The company has been very good to speak to with any questions, great communication. If I could figure out how to post a pic of my sauna I would.....lol

The sauna is just as attractive as it looks online. Friends and family are impressed with the appearance.

Easy to set up. Did alot of it on my own. Easy to operate.

Product is great! Assembly was pretty straight forward. I only regret not buying the 2 person sauna, but otherwise, satisfied. Delivery was great. I emailed customer service to change my order and they did what I asked. No complaints!

Overall, the setup was easy, the sauna is a good purchase for the price. Many saunas are a lot more expensive and the upside to those are minimal in comparison. I would recommend this if your budget is below $4,000.

I purchased the 2 person infrared sauna and so far my experience has been great.

The product did take a few weeks to arrive, but I see it as a major life purchase and not a t-shirt from Old Navy, so I was fine to wait that long. It also gave me enough time to prep the area and have a new outlet installed.

It arrived as one large box, instead of 2 as noted on the delivery notification, which confused me, so I messaged customer care to confirm I wasn't missing some parts. They replied promptly to say that the whole product now arrives in one box. One corner of the crate appeared to be kicked in, and having read some of the other reviews, I urge Nordik Recovery to review their delivery vendors as they're clearly not taking care of their shipments. Luckily, the only damage was a few scuffs to the back panel, so it's no big deal, I can always paint it should I move the sauna down the line.

Installation was straight forward enough, my wife and I got it put together in one evening, with only a few minor fights due to my chosen location. One tip; just because it fits together like lego, don't do what I did and assume you know the order of the build - follow the instructions to the letter and you'll be fine. Minuses from the install: one of the buckles that secure the panel was out of shape, but that was a quick fix with a pair of pliers. Also the screws that hold the seat in place down go in deep enough and so the wooden covers don't stay in. I didn't want to use glue and so I've just removed them now. It also comes with an oxygen ionizer, but the booklet and website don't mention what it actually does. I installed it anyway— can't do any harm, right?!

Now the fun part: we turned the machine on and within 30 mins it reached the max temp of 65ºC. I was cautious about going for an infrared sauna, as I've always loved the traditional ones with the hot coals, etc. However, this device makes me sweat more quickly and profusely than any sauna I've used. It provides a full, immersive heat, that leaves you feeling great. I like to use it before bedtime, and then I just drift off to sleep as my body recovers. It's fantastic!

The only downside of sweating so much, is that I'm starting to see some discolouration on the floor panel. I'm wiping down and cleaning as best I can, but I think it would be beneficial if Nordik Recovery had detailed instructions on how to keep your sauna healthy for the long run, and I've already given them this feedback.

In conclusion, we absolutely love this addition to our household and hope it stays in working order for years to come. Both my wife and I find it great to soothe after a workout; our son sometimes likes to come and hang out in there, and with the bluetooth speakers and a well positioned iPad outside the glass doors, I even enjoyed watching the World Cup whilst getting a sweat on.

Assembly was easy, very detailed instructions. Sauna is very aesthetically pleasing. Well built, heats up good. We love it.

We ordered our one person sauna last Tuesday and received it the following Tuesday in BC. I am totally impressed with the speed of delivery and the excellent packaging!
The set up was really easy and 2 hours later I was sitting in our sauna sweating buckets, I love it and would recommend this product to anyone. Thanks so much Nordik!

Well, it took over three weeks to get my products.
Spoke with someone about a week later asking when it will ship out and was told why there was a delay. Then the following day received and email with a totally DIFFERENT story as to why it was delayed. I
Sent emails with questions that did not get answered.
F.Y.I The free portable sauna in actually a portable STEAM room not a sauna as its called.
Sadly, The none answered questions and dealings i had is no different than any other big company out there. I certainly prefer to walk into a place to buy things and be face to face with people. Cause when thing go sideways you can usually get the straight story and its more accountable.

I'm leaving this review based on my experience so far, and I genuinely hope I'm able to update it if Nordik Recovery resolves these issues.

I purchased based on the website's advertised shipping timeline of less than two days for the 1-person sauna. My order was confirmed on July 6, yet it still shows as preparing for shipment with no meaningful updates.

What has been most disappointing is the lack of communication:

I never received an order confirmation email.

I called customer service for an update and they couldn't provide any information.

I was promised a callback that never happened.

For a premium-priced product, I expected premium customer service. Delays can happen—that's understandable. What isn't acceptable is poor communication and failing to follow through on commitments made to customers.

I'm hopeful management will step in, provide answers, and make this right. If they do, I'll gladly update this review to reflect the final outcome. Right now, however, this experience has fallen well below expectations.

The product is excellent, the customer service is terrible. I just had 2 easy questions but was made to do a video and take pictures of their own how-to guide.
Want my support for your product to others.... improve your customer service - it is taking value out of your product.

Setup:
Assembly was easy and I did it alone. Two people are recommended, but the only tough part was pulling everything out of the box. Instructions were clear and everything went together smoothly.

Build Quality:
A few issues worth noting:
- Misaligned screw holes on the bench finishing pieces
- Two stripped glass screw holes (fixed with my own longer screws)
- Door trim needed trimming to close properly

The floor and front bench slats feel a bit bendy, which is my only long‑term concern. Otherwise, overall quality seems solid.

Comfort:
This is the biggest downside. The seating is straight, hard, and not very ergonomic. I’m already looking for a backrest or cushion because sitting upright on bare wood isn’t ideal for longer sessions.

Performance:
Heating and functionality are excellent. No issues with the controls, and it heats evenly.

Extras:
- Speakers sound good
- LED lights work well once you know how to change colors
- Customer service has been responsive and helpful

Price & Value:
I bought it on sale, and at that price it feels like a good buy. I compared a few other brands and, based on reviews and what I could find on build quality, this seemed like the best choice.
At full regular price, I’m not sure I would have pulled the trigger.

Overall:
Great performance and decent build quality with a few minor assembly flaws. Comfort needs improvement, but for the sale price, it’s a solid purchase.

Compact Pro Chiller

The original unit that was delivered was unfortunately defective; however, Nordik's customer service was extremely responsive. Within one day of reporting the issue, I was on a video call with their technical service representative (Ramon) who assisted with troubleshooting and visual inspection of the unit. After determining that there was an issue, he promptly started the process to get a replacement unit delivered and walked me through their very simple instructions (basically just print out a pre-paid shipping label and leave it at the original delivery location).

The defective unit was picked up a day later and returned to Nordik's warehouse (at their cost) and the replacement unit showed up 3 days later. Ramon then had me participate in a set-up success video call once I set up the replacement unit to ensure everything was working smoothly. Even after we confirmed the unit was working without issue, Ramon followed up numerous times the week following to make sure the unit was still performing without issue. For my inconvenience, he threw in a free 90-day maintenance kit.

Extremely impressed with the performance of the unit and the customer service at Nordik. Highly recommend. 5 stars even considering the issues with the first unit based on Nordik's timely response and commitment to make it right.

I ordered a 4-6 person sauna with Nordik few weeks ago, but due to the ground condition at the place I am moving to needed more prep work to be done. Nordik gladly helped me to cancel the order without much of a fuss.

Their customer service commitment ls shown brightly through my case.

I will definitely order with them once my prep work is done.
