Great deals and Easy to Use website
It is a very simple and intuitive website. The information given close to the vehicle delivery time was great and everything is laid out in an easy to understand manner.
My only issue was the support given after receiving false information by the dealership. Although strictly not NHS Fleet Solutions issue, the support I received left a little to be desired.

Car was advertised expected delivery in April. Didn't arrive until June as it was held at the port for 2 months. The team themselves were very lovely and helpful throughout, just don't think something like this should be advertised as a guarantee date when in the real world its going to be much later.
Very happy with the car its self, and at the price its a no brainer.

Communication, Service, Delivery.... TERRIBLE
Service was terrible from the beginning. I waited 6 months for the car to be in stock that we wanted. Then when we ordered the car(July 2025), we were given a 16 week lead time. From there the communication was terrible from the NHS Fleet staff and the lead time was constantly getting pushed back. we eventually got our vehicle after 11 months. The constant excuse was it was down to the dealer. We learned after 7 months that the order had never been placed by the dealer.
I made an official complaint shortly before our vehicle eventually arrived (June 2026). That was 5-6 weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything back from NHS Fleet regarding the progress. Further evidencing there terrible communication. If It wasn't a car I was getting through work, I would not recommend NHS Fleet Solutions.
I wouldn't have given them 1 star, but it doesn't go lower than 1.

Smooth leasing process
NHS Fleet Solutions offers excellent customer service. Their team is highly professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful, making the entire leasing process very smooth and straightforward.
The car dealer took a long time to provide an update and it turns out the delay is because it is a factory order.
Despite the delay, the NHS Fleet team has been brilliant at keeping me informed and supporting me.
Fleet themselves seem great to work…
Fleet themselves seem great to work with so far. Only issue is NI driving licences the platform does not seem to recognise so have to do separately for insurance purposes (but not a big issue). Ford very slow to respond to queries and not great communication regarding lead time for vehicle, especially when time being extended. Took over 6 months from order placed to receive vehicle.

I was al little dissapointed regarding the wait for delivery as I was without a car for 10 days, however customer service was great and was very helpful. Delivery driver was very helpful and delivered my car within the time frame stated. The car is immaculate and I am very happy with dealing with such a great fleet service.

Service was good. I had to chase for updates on when the car would be delivered so would have preferred more communication on that. When the car arrived the delivery process was smooth. There were several pieces of plastic inside that hadn’t been removed which I would have liked to have been removed before delivery. There were also sticky marks in the work do a where there had been a sticker and the adhesive was left behind that we had to clean off. It did arrive with a full battery which was nice!

This is the third lease car I've taken out via the scheme, easy order process through the website, clear quote so you know exactly what you'll be paying monthly. I did a factory order this time not a special offer and received updates on delivery when available. NHS FS were a little slow responding to emails after ordering but understandable given the amount of queries they must receive on delivery times etc, overall very impressed by the level of service from initial quote to delivery.
