The missing car items
The missing car items, as confirmed by the OMODA car company state that these are installed during production. So these should not have been removed? The dealership should have checked prior to the delivery. This was not the case.
The dealership and NHS fleet have not between them, resolved this outstanding issue or communicated further with me. This is causing me distress now and I want it resolved.
I wish for the required items to be installed as a matter of urgency. I know longer want to feel fobbed off.

Fast processing time and communication…
Fast processing time and communication from NHS fleet team. Some delays with my Trust in approving but once done. Delivery time was within 2 weeks not a special order though. I’d have given a 5 but Pod point were very terrible with sorting out my EV home charger when it developed fault after installation.

easy ordering
easy ordering, and email updates were good. only issue is the wait times when calling. i was on hold for 52 minutes and then over an hour. too long and not acceptable.
Poor customer service
There was very little in the way of communication from NHS solutions and myself to offer any information in relation to delivery. There was no information offered in relation to servicing and what to do if experiencing issues and a couple of times when I reached out for updates, nobody got back to me.

*You have to wait 45 mins to 1hr to be able to talk to an agent/staff
*2 staff promises to reach out to update about my concern me but did not
*had issues with my funding which I only learned before delivery of the car. I had to sort it out myself because NHSFS did not have any idea as well

My experience with Stock Vehicle and…
My experience with Stock Vehicle and Lex Leasing has been extremely disappointing.
When I received the vehicle, it had a strong cigarette smell throughout the interior and there were numerous scratches on the car. I tried several remedies myself, including purchasing air fresheners, having the vehicle professionally valeted, and treating the carpets with deodorising products, but none of these measures resolved the issue.
I contacted Lex Leasing to report the problem. Initially, I was advised to have the vehicle professionally deodorised and was told that I would be reimbursed up to £75 upon submission of receipts. However, after obtaining quotes from specialist odour-removal companies—most of which were over £150 due to the severity of the smell—the response changed. I was then informed that the issue should have been reported within 24 hours of receiving the vehicle, despite my efforts to address the problem and seek assistance.
The customer service has been particularly frustrating. Responses are often delayed by weeks, communication is inconsistent, and there appears to be little willingness to take responsibility for the condition of the vehicle provided.
Overall, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered. Given that the company supplies vehicles to NHS staff and other professionals, I expected a much higher standard of vehicle preparation, quality control, and customer support. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below those expectations.

The car bit was fine, but the whole ev charger installation process has been painful. Very slow response times from Pod and then on the day of my installation they cancelled and said an engineer needed to do an inspection on another day.

Dreadful experience
From placing an order for a vehicle, for nearly a year faced a cancellation, delays and poor communication. Each month we requested an update and each month we were told the vehicle might be ready next month. How can anyone be expected to wait for nearly a year to have work transport?!
Eventually, after trying and failing to speak to someone in authority and then giving up and threatening escalation, we finally got notification that the vehicle would be delivered but we had no means to charge it and had to repeat the lengthy process of applying for a charging point and fitting. Awful service.

Great Scheme
Its been a seamless process in securing the vehicle through this wonderful scheme. The only part that might require fine tuning is the time you have to wait for your vehicle to arrive.
Staff lovely but overall process needs improving
The overall process works well but trying to get through on the telephone is horrendous. When you do the staff are very helpful, but a 30 minute wait most times is the norm. Also had so many issues trying to get a new car. Orders cancelled, or prices changed after 14 days is a little unfair. Also disappointing that the cars on the Northern Ireland site differ from the main site.
