Poor Service
Since my Initial Order on the 27th November 2025, the car has taken seven months to be delivered.
Communication from the Dealer was very poor at one point non-existent , at one point they would not answer the phone or reply to any emails.
My car took three attempts to be delivered.
the first attempt I was informed on the morning of delivery that the car had been damaged and had to go into the body shop and a delivery day re scheduled for the following week.
The Second delivery day, the Dealership delivered the wrong car and it had to be taken away and another day re-scheduled for delivery.
On the third day the car I ordered was delivered but it was delivered with a cracked windscreen which the dealership deny was the case.
I am now left with a car marooned on my drive until the wind screen can be replaced which is unfortunately not for a week and a half.
Not only was the car delivered in a damaged state it was also, filthy inside and out and had not a drop of screen wash.
The car has been booked in with Autoglass for repair but as of yet they have not received word from yourselves regarding Permission for the work to go ahead.
Not only have I had to take 2 days of my holiday entitlement, but I now have to pay the excess on a insurance claim for a car that was delivered in a damaged state.
As you can imagine this Process has been a very frustrating time for myself. and my family, I was originally told that the car would arrive in March, this then went to July which has left me without a car for 4 months !!

Hence, went for second time again for the service experienced first time.
Delivery
Once I managed to speak to someone about a delivery date for my car, delivery was organised quickly.
First class service
Good communications, no delays, delivered exactly as promised and a great deal on the lease. Very good experience.
Price and deal was great
Price and deal was great. More updates and estimated date would of been useful but once car was ready was easy to book delivery
Call centre - extremely long waiting times
I tried on several occasions to speak with someone via call centre.
Each time I tried I was waiting between 45-60 mins waiting for someone to answer.
when I did get through I wasn't given clear answers I required with regard to an email I was sent regarding ordering new car and early cancellation fees - when I Mearly wanted a renewal of contracton or near end of contract date.
Pressure applied to get car delivered by a specific date (which was 5 days before current contract finished)
I eventually spoke to someone who knew what they were talking about and clarified that I wouldn't be charged early cancellation but I would end up with a double payment if cars not delivered collected at same time/within same month.
Once everything had gone through, had been organised things were much better, though would have been useful to have more updates.
Delivery and collection ran smoothly via email communication.

Fleet were really easy to deal with, was kept informed throughout the process. Would take a car with them again in the future.

Fast processing of order. Door to door delivery of the car. Efficient insurance service... and most of all, a super efficient car. We love our BYD Hybrid. Thank you NHS Fleet!
