It was easy to order for my car on the NHS fleet website. There was up-to-date and timely communication via email, and the delivery of my car went smoothly as well.

My car was stuck at the port and they communicated well and delivery was on spot.

Delivery of car and car all went well and communication good. However, from ordering the car until getting the delivery date communication was extremely poor. In fact, non existent unless I chased constantly. Unfortunately, I have no choice as this is who my employer choose. Customer service not good!

Great service

Brand new car broke down within 3 days of delivery and it was a farce trying to get it fixed, involving having to liaise either multiple companies and very poor updates/contact, still not resolved.

The first order took so much longer than originally planned. I cancelled this and reordered, then there were delays in this arriving, which left me with no car. When the car arrived, it had scratches to the bonnet. I would have given less stars but haven't as the staff have been very helpful and responsive in trying to resolve this issues for me.

Fleet solutions for NHS staff from application to delivery is very simple and straight forward in comparison to any dealership out there. You will not be able to find a better deal anywhere else guaranteed. I would just say though that communication can be slow sometimes.

Significant and multiple delays. Poor communication and no updates. Extremely poor delivery service. Rude staff when called to ask for updates.
