NHS Fleet Solutions were on point with my ordering, follow up and supporting information. THANK YOU My only issue has been and still is with Pod Point and it still is not concluded.

Easy to use

Easy to use website, I was able to compare cars and get a breakdown of costs involved to help make my decision. My car was cheaper than availability on other lease sites and delivery was efficient.

Communication was very poor

Communication was very poor after i placed my order. The portal where you click for a weekly update may as well not be there as no updates came after first 2-3 weeks.
Getting delivery updates was like pulling teeth, the nearer my EDD got the more i was having to phone to get a vehicle status and was told something different very time.
Sending documents through at the start and at the end was good and efficient. I do have my vehicle now after a 4 month wait and the joy of having it has partly taken away the pain of the wait and communication troubles.

No show for collection

Sadly my new vehicle didn’t have a delivery option so I had to arrange to collect from their distribution centre which wasn’t convenient.

Other issue was the “no show” for collection the vehicle to go back. This isn’t yet resolved and just adds to life stresses. Not the experience I had hoped for or indeed had previously. It feels like there’s not enough capacity in collection and delivery.

very poor customer service

very hard to contact the customer services. holding the phone in a queue from number 10 to number 1 and phone gets disconnected every time when we reach on top of the queue. Tried so manty times.

no answer to emails either.

very poor after care and customer service.

Great service

Great service, communication and smooth ordering, very pleased with my new car. The only negative is to get through to fleet over the telephone the wait on hold is always over 30 minutes.

The delivery and collection of the…

The delivery and collection of the vehicles were efficient with great communication from both parties with regular updates as to when to expect them on the day. They were both friendly and helpful.
Despite arranging a collection location from my home address with confirmed email, I had a phone call on the morning from the man collecting to say he had the locations to collect at Pinderfields and there was a chance it would be cancelled. Thankfully as he was local he advocated for me and agreed to collect.
The communication with NHS fleet solutions prior to this was often difficult with holding times of up to an hour on some occasions, which could be frustrating.
Although I requested collection on the date the contract ended, I have been charged for additional days due to the collection day being delayed from NHS fleet.
Overall however, I have had a contract with NHS fleet solutions for several years and am happy with their service.

Initial registration and acceptance…

Initial registration and acceptance into the scheme was faultless and almost imply you would have your new car within days, I understand when it is completely brand new and being built there will be a wait. Initial delivery date of 3 months felt acceptable but at no point was I informed of a 9 month wait for my car and when I attempted to ask for updates was told it is what it is and I was tied into the agreement with a £500 fee to get out of it. It felt very unfair and I had no choice. If this was advertised early on in the process I would have thought twice about having something brand new and maybe gone for something from the forecourt.
Once the car was ready though, again the service was faultless. The delivery couple were amazing and I love new car.
Like I said, a bit of pre warning early on in the process about realistic wait times would have been appreciated and I could have made a more informed choice. It is something I would pass on to other colleagues who are considering this option.
