Overall very good service
Purchasing process and delivery was very good - online system works very well. Getting through to speak to one our your Agents is really, really challenging. On average every time I've call it's taken about 30 minutes holding before I get to speak to someone. When you do get to speak to an Agent their customer service has been good.

Once the car turned up it was great
Once the car turned up it was great, but slow and generic communication throughout and car was slower to arrive then expected. Took 1hr40mins to speak to a person on the phone.
Car is great and a great price, so if the back office got sorted I would have no issues.

This unfortunately is a new complaint as I responded to the last one directly and didn't receive a response. I will try to keep this shorter. Audi due back 3rd week of September. Original Car ordered Late may early June, never sent through to my management team for authorising. Cancelled vehicle over phone (emails never answered) waited two days and ordered another vehicle off the offers... Asked if this could be delayed for 3 weeks until my car is due for replacement in Sept.. Told not without paying a penalty. Told if I didn't respond car would be cancelled within 72 hours. I waited and responded saying please cancel this vehicle then as will order a different vehicle. nearly 86 hours later its still not cancelled. Tried to phone in a put in a queue then cut off. Really, really annoyed.

The leasing process was easy
The leasing process was easy. Monthly payment estimate was spot on.
The delivery was well informed, on time and performed by a friendly driver.
My only problem was with delivery date. I ordered a car to be delivered on April-May. The car was delivered on the very last days of June. I had to change my holiday plans, etc. which is not very fair
I ordered my Jaecoo J5 EV in Mid November 2025
I ordered my Jaecoo J5 EV in mid-November and it was delivered in mid-June. The long wait was disappointing, and communication from Marshall was limited throughout the process.
I understand the delay was due to higher-than-expected demand causing a backlog, but clearer and more regular updates would have made the experience much better. Nhs Fleet Solutions did the best they could with chasing up for updates.

Reasonable process of application. Supportive staff, respond to email and answer phone calls. Very good turn around time for the hot deals in stock cars.
