So far so good
So far so good. Happy with car. When you email questions though, reply time is very slow - days. You often 'find' an answer before they get back to you. I hope if there is a problem, the response s quicker!

Haven't run into any problems yet so wasn't able to give 5 stars as we haven't tested the customer service or when issues arise.

The process was smooth and clear. Although, I had less information after placing my order, however, I called in when I had enquiries and was always attended to seamlessly.

All worked out in the end
Everything went through really well on the app online but when I called 3 times to NHS Fleet Solutions to ask for a rough date when we could expect deliver of the car I was told they had not heard anything but would get back to me and it could take between 3 to 6 months. 4 months had passed. No one got back to me each time. Then I got a call from the delivery people with a few days notice for delivery which was a surprise and had to quickly arrange for the fitting of our electric home charger. Thankfully, all worked out with the delivery and the car if fab.
Easy to order the car
Easy to order the car. Car delivered to our home in good condition and good handover. Communication on delivery schedule could have been better, but overall a good experience.
Hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.
From start to finish, this has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience and, despite numerous attempts to resolve matters, I am still dealing with ongoing issues months later.
I originally ordered my vehicle after being quoted a delivery time of 2 to 3 months. Instead, I waited 8 months, with very little proactive communication or updates throughout the process.
Unfortunately, things only got worse when the vehicle finally arrived.
The car was delivered with adhesive residue still on the bodywork, missing tyre valve dust caps, mismatched front seats and an empty screen wash reservoir. I have also experienced ongoing issues with the vehicle's app and charging system, leaving me with little confidence in a brand new car.
What has been most disappointing is the complete lack of customer service. I have spent countless hours trying to get answers, being passed between NHS Fleet Solutions the supplying dealer, with nobody appearing willing to take ownership. Phone calls have been transferred only to be disconnected and I have repeatedly had to explain the same issues to different people.
Perhaps most concerning is that I have formally escalated my complaint on a number of occasions and, months later, I am still waiting for a response. That level of customer service is simply unacceptable.
A new car should be an exciting experience. Instead, it has been stressful, time consuming and extremely disappointing. I genuinely cannot remember receiving customer service this poor from any company.
I sincerely hope no one else has to go through the experience I have had.
