It was a very long waiting since order done upto delivery.

Communication has been extremely poor throughout my experience with Fleet Solutions. It has been frustratingly difficult to speak to someone, and when I have managed to do so, the level of knowledge and competence has varied significantly between employees.

I have also encountered inconsistent information from different departments, with no clear understanding of who is responsible for resolving issues. Despite being promised a callback, I am still waiting more than three weeks later.

As a result of employee incompetence, I have incurred additional costs for new registration plates, despite having the original plates. I have now given up pursuing my complaint because of the time [over 9 hours in calls] effort, and financial outlay involved.
Had there been a 14-day cooling-off period, I would have exercised my right to cancel the contract without hesitation, however I am in contract for 3 years. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service I have received and would not recommend Fleet Solutions based on my experience.

From ordering to delivery was hassle free

Great service. Able to talk over the phone and resolve issues quickly.

First class service - when finally leaving the switchboard; only the call system detracts a little. Other than that: professional and congenial staff; great documentation and processing of services and deliveries

This is my 4th time using NHS fleet, highly recommend.

The team is helpful however the waiting time could be 45 minutes which needs improving

Easy, smooth, quick services

No clear guidelines on who is responsible for what or who to contact. The handbook was not useful, and some of the phone numbers may need updating. It is very difficult to get through by phone, and the waiting times are too long. Overall, I am happy with the scheme so far, and I like the lease car I chose.

Great service and kept me updated with the delivery. Also the Electric Charger fitting service was excellent.

Excellent service with NHS Fleet, this is my second car with NHS Fleet now, and it is so easy and smooth to re order a car especially as it was on the discounted page, the NHS Fleet page is easy to use and gives all the information you need and want. The transition for picking my first car up and the delivery of my second car was brilliant, so smooth and easy, and I was not without a car as the happened the same day, no fuss or hassle. I would highly recommend NHS Fleet to all my collagues, as having a car this way has never been easier. Thank you.

Lease car was was failed to be collected on agreed day and only received a call at 5pm to say they would not arrive.

My new arrived damaged and documentation for condition at delivery is still missing despite chasing this with NHSFleetsolutions. CAr is also missing its activation card that allows the app to function - this is still unresolved despite chasing.

Once the car is delivered, the customer service is poor, no one responds to emails and the phone goes unanswered,

The experience was great as staff were polite and supportive and the car was delivered on time. I would like the Fleet to be following up with the chargers ordered together with cars as that is part of the package. I have had a bad time trying to push for my home charger to be installed with the chosen dealership.

I ordered a Tesla in Feb 25, the car was ordered and paperwork straight forward and quick and easy to complete.

A small issue that Arnold Clark ordered the wrong model, however it was quickly addressed directly with their fleet team.
The car was added via the Tesla app and collected from London in June,
