NHS Fleet Solutions were on point with my ordering, follow up and supporting information. THANK YOU My only issue has been and still is with Pod Point and it still is not concluded.

had to sort everything out myself, called to arrange collection from my workplace was on the phone for 40 mins all sorted but no one let collections know

Disabled drivers beware

FLEET are not inclusive to disabled drivers. They made no effort to help me obtain my road tax discount from the DVLA which I am legally entitled to. They blamed automatic systems for this, but this is unacceptable, and as a result I have been left discriminated against by prejudiced automated systems. Other leasing companies have informed DVLA on my behalf that I am the registered driver and the road tax discount was then applied.

overall decent service with a few things that could be improved


Delivery service was great once the order was confirmed—no issues at drop-off. The driver was polite and helpful. The car was delivered clean
Unreliable delivery times. Placed order in February and car was delivered in end of June. At the time of booking, I was told that the estimated delivery time was 8 weeks.
Will be updating this at the time of return to see how the return part goes

Doesn't drive like new

1. The vehicle I was shown had bronze rims the vehicle I got had silver.
2. All 4 tyres look used [pictures sent]
3. Vehicle reporting system shows failure message for parking, which does not go away.
4. The drive is not like a new car, the vehicle makes noises over road bumps and feels like the suspension has broken.
5. Had the car for 2 weeks and today I have sent it back to Cupra to check for the issues mentioned above.
6. I have reached out to fleet who have not responded or even acknowledged the concerns.
7. If the dealer inspects the car and does not find anything and gives me the car back in the same condition, then I refuse to accept a vehicle that does not feel good to drive.
8. When I reported the problem, there was alot of denial and was offered a valet service for the wheel condition.
9. This vehicle took 6 months to arrive due to issues arising.
10. Customer service replied that they will inspect the vehicle and then send it back the same day, as if they have already decided that they not going to do any kind of repairs or the fact that repairs maybe needed.

Got the car back and the the transporting block was still attached! I was driving the car for 90 miles with that on and they didn't clean the wheel at Preston depot [ask Junaid] and returned the car.

Mixed review

NHS fleet solutions are good, great prices on cars. However trying to get through to them via phone / email (unless they need a response) is ridiculous. I Felt sorry for the call handelrs as after 55minutes of waiting they apologised however they said they were short staffed, staff were helpful I must say. surely there should be an easier way to contact them.

Really poor customer service

Really poor customer service and lack of communication and ownership. Ordered my car in December with a suggested delivery in January. Massive delays with delivery repeatedly being put back. Finally received my car at the end of June. Throughout the process, trying to get an update from Fleet Solutions or the supplying dealership was extremely stressful. It would take nearly an hour to reach them on the phone and I then received really vague updates, many of which conflicted with other updates I was receiving. I felt like Fleet Solutions didn't really care and were quite happy to just accept the situation. There was no attempt to recover the poor service or help me with a vehicle solution whilst I was without one due to the delay.
