Me and my partner travelled here from Nottingham to look at prams. We were warmly welcomed, given time to look around and then approached for a demonstration with the pram we liked. The gentleman was very informative and made the process feel less overwhelming. We decided on a pram and he took us through all the information we needed and made sure we would have the pram in time and delivered to our house.
A lovely experience :))))

Fuming!!
Absolutely terrible service!! Wish I could give 0 stars!
I bought a Bugaboo Butterfly 2 bumper bar at the beginning of August from their online store. When I bought it, it was in stock and would be delivered within 7-10 days. Day 10 came and no delivery update. Then an email comes through saying it's going to be delayed a week! I was promised it would be here for my holiday in September... It's now over a month since I ordered and I haven't received my item. I haven't received any email updates and customer service don't seem to be responding to my emails.
I want to cancel my order as it's clearly not going to be delivered. But reading some of these reviews it would seem I might have a fight on my hands to get my money back.
My last resort is to write a review and see if they respond!

We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed with your experience.
We would like to clarify that you were made aware of the delay to this item and that it would not be arriving within the original estimated timeframe. We understand that delays can be frustrating, particularly when you were hoping to have the item in time for your holiday, however the updated delivery timeframe was communicated to you.
We can also confirm that the order has since been delivered, so we are no longer able to cancel the order. If you no longer require the item, you are welcome to return it to us in accordance with our returns policy, and we can process the return once the item has been received back with us.
We’re also disappointed to hear that you feel your emails were not responded to, as we always aim to assist customers as promptly as possible.
We appreciate your feedback and hope this clarifies the situation.
ickle bubba pram

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. We originally bought our Egg pram from here, so when we needed a double pram for our growing family, we knew we wanted to come back.
We visited last month fully expecting to buy a Bugaboo, but rather than just taking our money, the team advised us to wait as they had a new arrival coming in that they thought would be perfect for what we needed. We went back today, absolutely loved their recommendation and ended up getting everything we needed for £399!
It’s so refreshing to shop somewhere that genuinely wants to find the right product for you rather than simply make the most expensive sale. They really looked after us, gave us honest advice and ultimately saved us a lot of money.
We’ve now bought two prams from them and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Thank you so much! 🤍

Thank you so much for such a wonderful review and for continuing to choose us for your growing family! 🤍
It honestly means so much to know that after your experience purchasing your Egg pram with us, you trusted us enough to come back when you needed a double pram.
We’re especially pleased that our team could recommend an option that was right for your needs rather than simply encouraging you to buy the most expensive product. Taking the time to understand what each family actually needs is so important to us, and we’re thrilled that you loved the recommendation and managed to get everything you needed for £399!
Thank you again for your continued support and for your kind words. We’re so grateful to have you as a returning customer and look forward to seeing you again in the future. Wishing you and your growing family lots of happy adventures with your new double pram! 🤍

I visited the shop today with my daughter and her partner in order to choose a pram.
Customer service was excellent. The staff were extremely knowledgeable about the products and demonstrated the functions of the pram. Libby , the shops assistant was polite, approachable and not pushy, we tried a few prams out in the store and decided to buy the Nuna mix at a fantastic price. Really happy with the purchase and now can’t wait to use it all .
I would recommend this shop to friends and family . Thanks to Libby!
