This company took my order I waited 2 weeks no shipment then I contacted them they said got to wait 14 days waited another week contacted again took ages to reply then I said cancel order give refund, they said yes refund done waited 10 days no refund

Contacted again and they basically said there going out of business contact bank

Now been 7 weeks 0 refund and there website taken new orders

AVOID if you don’t want your money stolen

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They have a Voluntary Arrangement which has been in placed since February, yet they have still been taking money from customers, promising them that their orders will arrive once 50% has been paid, knowing they are not in any position to do this. Customer are still waiting months for their money and not responding to emails. 🤬

Great little booster seat. Perfect for a weekend trip with my grandson who is six and the size and weight of a ten year old.
Fast and efficient delivery and good quality.

Do not order from this company. They took my money and never delivered the items. Then they make it impossible to speak to someone about the order.

Awful stay as far away from this company as possible.
Put us into debt still no refund. Now had to file a dispute with my bank to return money, no reply from there support, but they will happily take your money.

You’re so helpful and exactly know what they’re talking about. It’s like talking to family. I’ve ordered lots off of here and totally satisfied the quality is wonderful. here too many more years of shopping with you.

Ordered item online as main shop closed for stock taking. Order confirmation told us where to collect item, and we collected it easily.
The Joie car seat is easy to fit and a great value car seat with a wide age range.

Item was lovley and time i emailed they was a huge help am thankful for all the help and advice given to me.item was a ex display but very clean and good condition

I’ve ordered twice from this company now (small items both times - two laker and the moon cot mobiles) and they were delivered quickly and were cheaper overall than actually ordering direct from laker and the moon due to delivery costs; most recent order was placed last week (25th of August 2026) and it arrived on the 27th.

I am however conscious that I received an automated request asking me to leave a review having ordered from these guys more than once which prompted me to visit this page, and having read other peoples reviews in the process I now realise I may have gotten lucky.. But my personal experience has been very good on both occasions.

Goods not received, and delivery timelines kept changing. They took so many people’s money, for really important items (things for babies - many people are first time parents buying car seats, prams, cots… really important and expensive stuff!). They strung their customers along and are now in liquidation.

What a disgrace. 1 star because 0 isn’t an option.

The company has gone into liquidation taking people’s money knowing there never gonna receive the product do not buy from them look on companies house!!

Item has never been an issue, but both times I’ve ordered (second item yet to be received) I’ve received an email on the day of delivery stating the item will be late. Whenever I’ve ordered it states next day delivery. I understand things are subject to delays, but why state it if it’s never going to be honoured? The item I’m expecting is something I will need in the coming days and with the bank holiday I’m not sure if it’ll come in time. Frustrating.

Unfortunately, our experience with Bambino’s & Beyond has been extremely disappointing. We placed an order in May and have repeatedly chased for updates, but have been unable to get any meaningful answers or resolution.

We are now over £1,000 out of pocket, with no offer of a refund and no reassurance that our money will be returned. The customer service and overall experience have been incredibly poor, and the lack of communication has made an already stressful situation even worse.

We have also seen information on Companies House that raises concerns about the company’s financial position and money potentially being owed to suppliers.

We understand the shop has temporarily closed and that ex-display goods are being sold on Facebook, which has added further concern.

This has caused a huge amount of unnecessary stress, particularly while heavily pregnant, at a time when we really did not need the added worry. This should have been an exciting experience being first time parents, and that has well and truly gone.

We will be taking this further to try to recover the money we are owed. Based on our experience, we would strongly advise others to think very carefully before placing an order with Bambino’s & Beyond.

Unbelievably bad. Constant excuses about where my order is and empty promises.. couldn't fulfil the original order (2 months ago), offered an alternative that's never arrived. £600 down, no refund, no pram and about to pop. Chased multiple times a day to no avail. Absolutely ludicrous and extremely stressful.

Ordered black doona x isofix and rain cover back in July. No communication so chased and was advised it would be delivered last week it wasn’t. Just been emailed by them and asked to swap to blue? No I ordered black and want black as I’m having a girl. No offer to cancel and refund if can’t fulfil my order.

I originally wrote a glowing review because when I purchased nearly £2000 worth of stuff off them they were friendly and helpful.
DO NOT BUY from them. You will not get your stuff. April this year i ordered for my first grandchild and was told the weekend they cant get the pram bundle from cossato. I was also missing a play gym. Ive asked for a refund for items not received and they cannot process it I have to go through card issuer. My daughter has baby Wednesday ive been left without a pram and the funds to buy one!! Im absolutely disgusted to say the least. They promised a service and didn't deliver. I wont be quiet either this will be made public because I dont want people going through what we are.

Ordered a next to me cot on the 16th July. Was very happy as business able to match the price of cheaper companies. Thought the staff behind desk could have made more effort in store, had to keep going over to ask questions and opinions etc, when we were the only ones in the store, felt like they weren’t bothered if you were there or not. Wanted to use this business as local and wanted to support a local business instead of going elsewhere. Was told my delivery would be 3/4 weeks which I was happy with. 3 weeks went by, tried to phone company several times with no answer each time and then when I did try again, it stated ‘user busy’. Thank god I have some social media, as I had to message them privately to get any response. Annoyingly they can keep posting on platforms but unable to answer a phone.
Had a reply saying they would get delivery sorted for the week after which I was happy with. Didn’t receive any notification of tracking and had to ask for it. My delivery then arrived and it was the wrong item delivered with a price difference of around £130! My anxiety was through the roof as I am very close to my due date now. Emailed company asking them to phone me, which they never did, just replied by emails.
I was made aware that my next to me cot should be collected by the manufacturer and the correct item sent to me asap, at this point I declined and wanted a full refund. Was told my item would be collected but didn’t know when, the maker actually turned up twice at my house to collect wrong item. Item was then collected by someone from Bambinos, I then received my refund. Ordered next to me cot from Dunelm and this was delivered to myself within 3 days with no problems what so ever. Wish I had just done this before instead of having all the stress and anxiety. Sadly I wouldn’t buy anything from Bambinos again and I wouldn’t recommend them either to anyone.
