We came looking for a travel system and Waleed was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different systems without being pushy. We weren't ready on our first visit to buy it but he gave us a couple of weeks to think about it and honoured the price on our return.

Amazing experience
We came in not having any idea about travel systems or what we wanted. All the staff were amazing and so informative and helpful, never once were they pushy or trying to sell the most expensive. Waleed was amazing and gave a full demo of the pram we were looking at and provided so much information! He was amazing and knew everything about the products😊

My sister and I visited the Bham store. We were seen by Aqeel who was super helpful and answered all of our questions efficiently. Scott the manager was also lovely and friendly. I decided to go ahead with the Nuna Triv as it met all my needs and it was within my budget.

Five stars for Waleed and the team in Leeds
I’d done what I thought was an absurd amount of research into compact pushchairs and had pretty much settled on the Joolz Aer2. I only popped in to handle one before buying it from them (supporting independent business, etc.). In my head, it was a done deal.
Waleed in the Leeds branch took the time to demonstrate it alongside models from various other manufacturers (Egg, Cosatto and Joie among others) explaining the differences, the fiddly bits and letting me try them properly. I ended up buying a Joie Parcel, which felt much better suited to me, had what we needed and was considerably cheaper.
He was prepared to beat the internet prices on all of them (which is mad, as I was thoroughly expecting to pay a little premium for buying from a store), so the prices were excellent, but the service was what really sold it. He could easily have taken my money for the more expensive stroller I’d walked in wanting. Instead, he listened and helped me choose something that actually suited us.
I thought I’d researched this to death, but it just goes to show that nothing beats going into a shop and talking to a friendly, knowledgeable person. You can compare specifications until your eyes fall out; you still need to get your hands on the things, fold them, unfold them, and work out all their little quirks.
Waleed has completely won my business. We’ll need a new non-ISOfix car seat before long and I won’t be going anywhere else. A flawless experience. Thank you!

A lovely experience today visiting Newbie and Me in Crewe. Amazing help from Meg she was able to answer all our questions and give honest opinions to help us buying the right bundle for us! As a same sex couple we have been to high street brands and not even been acknowledged by staff so this experience was extremely special. We were made to feel so welcome by both Meg and Jade who were working. Would highly recommend a visit to this store, it was well worth a hour drive. We wouldn't use another store now and will be returning for any future needs.

Online store has poor communication
I placed an order for a Cosatto wow xl on the 9/9/2026. Website/online store said it was available and in stock, with expected delivery 3-5 days after dispatch. You have to download an app called shop/shopify to be able to track order, which I did and on the 14/9/2026 there was still no update on dispatch, just said waiting for details. I messaged the online store as there seems to be no phone number to contact, and just got a reply that the item I ordered that was in stock was somehow out of stock and it would be dispatched a couple of days after the 21/9/2026, so I might have been lucky to recieve 3 weeks after I ordered. I messaged back and asked to cancel the order as I had ordered it based on the fact it was in stock, and recieved no reply. I messaged again on the 15/9/2026 to ask for order to be cancelled as I would need to order elsewhere. Later on the 15/9/2026, the product was dumped on the street outside the delivery address by DPD. DPD have put that I recieved the package but I was not actually there so not sure how they thought that’s possible, and nobody else was there to accept delivery. Luckily the product was not stolen or damaged or wet from being left so carelessly. The next day I got a reply finally the tone of which I can only assume the message was generated by Ai or chat gpt, that there was great news they have actually managed to deliver my product the way they were meant to on me placing the order, saying they had dispatched earlier than expected, when it was actually several days later than expected. The shop/shopify app still doesn’t register that the delivery is even dispatched never mind delivered. I would not use again personally, and could only recommend on the basis that even if the item says in stock you do not care or need the product soon as apparently it being listed in stock on the website is not accurate. But if you ask for the order to be cancelled then they will suddenly find the item to send you. So I guess you can try that.

You placed your order on Wednesday, 9th September, which carries a stated delivery window of 3 to 5 working days. As weekend days are non-working, the delivery completed by DPD on Tuesday, 15th September, was fulfilled on the 4th working day, meeting our standard shipping timeframe
This item was dispatched directly from our supplier. When you requested an update on 14th September, we contacted the supplier, who provided an estimated date of 21st September. We passed this estimate directly to you, and we completely understand how receiving this conflicting date caused confusion and concern.
Due to the estimated delay, you submitted cancellation requests on 14th and 15th September. However, because the supplier had already processed and dispatched the item, we were unable to stop the shipment in transit before it arrived.
