Dirty item (potty)
The item (potty) came in a massive box, previously used for a car seat and it was covered with dust. It wasn't wrapped in anything at all.
I was disappointed, it was supposed to be a brand new item, so I expected it to be clean.
I decided to send them a message that I wasn't happy and they gave me 20% partial refund which I was happy with!

First time using this company and was…
First time using this company and was apprehensive but the pushchair i chose was cheaper on here so I went with it, it arrived the next day in perfect condition and I couldn’t be happier with the quality.

5* service all round
Visited kiddies kingdom today to look at travel systems for our first born due in a few months. From the moment we walked in we were met with brilliant service and a lovely spacious showroom.
We explained what we liked, what we saw online that would suit our needs and asked what was a cheaper equivalent while still being safe for our baby.
Kirsty and Gemma helped us throughout and gave us a good range of options and colours. Nothing was too much trouble despite them being short staffed. Gemma later informed us she usually worked upstairs but we wouldn’t have known! We were met with nothing but kindness and patience while we went through the options and have been able to order our travel system for delivery when it suits us, which is very helpful.
Kiddies Kingdom also take blue light discount cards which saved us over £45.
We honestly could not be happier and cannot wait to take delivery of the system. Thanks to both of you for the attentiveness, service and cups of tea! Would definitely shop here again 😁

A lack of communication seem’s the…
A lack of communication seem’s the trend with this company, had a £490 order processed online on the 20th February “Under Next Day Delivery”…
Received no communication other than an order invoice as the status of the order, until you directly make contact yourself.
Can only see an ETA on products which keeps moving and now states 18th March however on 21st March am yet receive any product or communication of the delays.
Thankfully I’ve ordered well in advance of our due date so I’m still optimistic I’ll receive the Tutti Bambini Set and SnuzBaskit.
Just had hoped, as with all other independents I’ve had the pleasure of dealing at a truly important time of life that communication and dealings could be positive.

Excellent service and fast delivery
First time I have purchased anything from Kiddies Kingdom. Everything was great from start to finish. Delivery was far quicker than expected. I would recommend this company and would purchase from them again in the future.

The team were really helpful
The team were really helpful, knowledgable, went through our double pushchair options, tried them in the boot to make sure it fit and even helped us assemble our new product. Couldn’t ask for more and I would highly recommend.
