We visited the Newbie and me store in Birmingham today 7/10/2026 myself and my daughter and her husband.
The appointment was booked in, Laura was amazing she went beyond her job, never moaned about us been unsure between 2 different bundles. The silver cross was what we went in to buy. Then the hunter caught my daughter’s eye. Laura explained everything showed how it went up and down. The different colours. Then put it in the car so we knew it fitted. We left with buying the hunter Venecci bundle. Collect it end of November ready for new arrival in new year.
I was that pleased my other daughter is having a baby in March 2027 and I will be booking an appointment again with Laura end of November but it must be a Saturday to purchase a silver cross , we’re see what we come out with.
Laura is asset to the company .

We did communicate with you regarding your order and confirmed that it was being shipped via Evri. Despite this, you subsequently requested a refund rather than waiting for the delivery to be completed.

As you requested a refund, we have respected your decision and processed your request accordingly.

Shocking after-sales service, items not arrived after 8 weeks!
Very disappointing after-sales service. We spent over £2000 with Newbie & Me and were told our order would take around 4 weeks. Eight weeks later, we still didn’t have our pushchair.
There was no proactive communication at any point. We repeatedly had to email and call for updates, were given multiple delivery dates that were missed, and were repeatedly told the pushchair was coming via DPD. When it still didn’t arrive, nobody contacted us.
At 39 weeks pregnant with an induction imminent, we eventually had to buy the exact same pushchair elsewhere, which arrived the next day. We also had to buy the identical rocker and a changing mat elsewhere.
We then drove an hour each way to collect items we were told were ready, only to find some weren’t actually there.
We’re still waiting for our refund despite chasing.
Delays happen, but the complete lack of communication and repeated broken promises were unacceptable. The in-store experience was good, but the after-sales service has been extremely poor.

Unfortunately, the pushchair was significantly delayed by our supplier due to exceptionally high demand. Once the stock was on its way to us, further courier delays unfortunately added to the wait. We appreciate that this was beyond the original estimated timeframe you were given.
Throughout the delay, we relayed the information and estimated delivery dates provided to us by our supplier and courier. However, we are sorry that our communication did not meet the level of service we strive to provide.
We are also sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused by your journey to collect items that were not all available as expected. We have addressed this with our in-store team and reiterated the importance of providing customers with accurate and up-to-date information.
Your refund has now been processed by our accounts team.
We sincerely apologise again for the frustration and inconvenience caused.

Olivia was really helpful when we came in. She did not rush us and made us feel at ease. We were given a really great price on the bundles we chose. Would recommend ☺️
