James Brading amazing install very polite and clean thank you x

I had my "You Fiber" fitted by Akar and Jay on Friday the 26th of June. They did a perfect job!!
I showed Akar my existing internal wiring installation, Aka provided the perfect solution when fitting the Optical Network Terminal and hub.
Both gentlemen were very friendly and meticulously clean when carrying out the installation.
Thank you both for a job well done and a happy new You Fiber customer!!

Scott from Netomnia did a first class job today installing my new YouFibre broadband in Motherwell today. He arrived within the agreed time, explained clearly what he was going to do and checked with me about where the best place would be to position the box that would be the least disruptive installation and tidiest but most practical place.
Throughout the visit he was polite professional and friendly. He kept me updated on the installation and ensured everything was working before he left.
Having previously been both a BT and Virgin customer I have to say this was one of smoothest and hassle free broadband installations I have had. A big thank you to Scott! 😊

I have a broadband with Netomnia-youfibre and my broadband has been down for 13 days now. Silence is deafening. Absolutely atrocious customer service. If anyone offers you broadband associated with Netomnia or youfibre do some research before you sign up. Especially read 1 star reviews for Youfibre and Netomnia.

Brad did a fantastic job. He arrived when expected and called 10 minutes prior to arrival. He used shoe covers to protect my carpet and was very polite. The cable installation was very neat and he won’t over and above as if it was his own house. He demonstrated the speeds and very happy overall. Would highly recommend.

Brad was very helpful throughout the entire install, explained everything clearly at the end and left everything in a great condition.

Jak provided clarity through the whole process, it was extremely smooth and he was very professional. The installation was fast and he was a very friendly guy.

Probably the best experience I've ever had dealing with any comms company; the rest would do well to follow Netomnia's example in customer service.
From start to finish, the whole process was simple and other than a collapsed duct a few meters from the house, without any hitches. Everything done in the timeframes indicated with service go-live as promised.
Everyone I spoke to from first sales enquiry, to guys pulling the cables, to the installer (Andrew) were all very professional and efficient. Andrew did a sterling job with the install; very neat and tidy work.

Jak went above and beyond with my You Fibre install. I was starting to lose the will with You Fibre and waiting for my install, but Jak arrived and saved the day with a smile on his face. Jak got on on with the job in hand, explained how everything was set up before he left and tested and ensured all was working as should and expected. If only You Fibre had sent Jak weeks ago!!! Thank you Jak, it was really nice to meet you, keep up the fantastic work you do.

Really pleased with the service Scott had provided today. He was polite/ professional and willing to listen to customer's needs. Had my full fibre network installed today and already seeing a massive difference in internet speed. Well worth it.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jak Sword today on my installation, he was absolutely fantastic he worked quickly and efficiently explained everything he was doing, this young lad is a hardworking and in my eyes an asset to your company.

Really pleased with the whole process. Shaun knocked on our door - very polite explained the process. Booking app was quick and convenient. On Installation day Jak Sword turned up and was very polite and professional. Got me set up on my main devices and TV too. Very enthusiastic about his job which was very sweet to see.

Based in Newport in wales and the service was great , Brad helped with installation and ensuring the connection was at the expected speed.

Also ensured the modem and wiring was all secure and neatly installed.

Excellent service from Jak, goes out of the way and does pre installs on a different day to make the job much easier on the actual installation date.

Big thanks to Paul Jones from Netomnia for hooking up our Youfibre internet today, very fast and professional set up. Would highly recommend!
