The communication has been great but what isn't so great unfortunately is the fact that they have delayed my installation which has been waiting for quite awhile for a couple of months or so now since that point still no sign of any insulation date

What breath of fresh air it was like speaking to a friend he explained everything to me rectified my problem absolutely first class.

Absolute nightmare, they seem wonderful at first.
The option one for new customers are briliant they answer after 1min wait. Once you try to get through to customer service for existing customers they just simply don't answer, so you are stuck in the plan.
I'v put in an official complaint online, where they state that I would get an answer back shortly. It's now been 1month in a half.
Cole was really helpful, let's hope the installation and service is as smooth.
