Jak came out to install youfibre today…

Jak came out to install youfibre today he went above and beyond making sure everything was right. Very professional and put me at ease. There was an issue with my install which was rectified within hours and I still got my Internet on the same day. Very happy with this company

Jak Sword is a great company example

Had a Lad called Jak out last week to install our YouFibre broadband, honestly what a top lad nothing was a bother he went above an beyond, even routing cables where I requested it and talked me through installation and took time at the end to talk me through any questions I had. Informed me of the correct frequency to set my console up to the lot, clean and tidy worker an great example to your company.

decent cold callers

Was out throwing some leaflets when I came across the netomnia card and it reminded me of the two lads Lewis and a tall black guy who came by my mams place few week ago. At first I was a bit sceptical about these cold callers but honestly we ended up having a proper laugh and a great chat. Big respect to these boys it’s not easy doing what they do and they handled it like pros. I told them I wouldn’t be switching to their wifi but I genuinely enjoyed their company. I wish the best for these lads.

We had Jak Sword come to install

We had Jak Sword come to install our wifi, he was so friendly and helpful, went above and beyond. He was able to explain everything and is a definite asset to the team.

Great service

Just had my wifi reinstalled by Jak who was really lovely. He was very polite, professional and time efficient. A credit to the company.

WiFi installation

Had my WiFi installed today by Jak Sword.

He arrived exactly at the given time and was extremely friendly and polite. He happily answered my million questions, was very informative and even took the time to show me how everything worked.

He made sure everything was running perfectly and left me his details in case any issues came up in the future.

I couldn't have asked for a nicer and more genuine bloke. He's an absolute credit to the company and a pleasure to meet. Amazing job, thank you again, Jak

Wayne from nanofibre netomnia was fantastic

Wayne from nanofibre netomnia was incredibly useful in getting my issues sorted, he did everything in his power to escalate and resolve the issue. which was related to the ONT being plugged into an extension lead. Fantastic service from all the people involved in troubleshooting the problem.

I have just had a man knock on my door…

I have just had a man knock on my door regarding installing a new broadband on my street and they will need to dig outside my driveway so there will be resticted access , as I have a disabled friend who looks after my dog whilst at work I have said no your doing nothing to my drive, he assured me that the will leave access for my friend and they would inform me when the work will comence, I gave him my number stupidly but since then I have been on the phone to my broadband provider to see if this is normal, and they inform me no it is not, I have signs in my window regarding door callers but he ignored this, I have been inform they need correct wayleaver document which he did not have, only some poxy leaflet that I will inform the police of now if they even try to do anything outside my property or disrupt any of my services , just chancers fishing for info but they will be contacted next week and told ,

Going door to door trying to obtain personal details with a pack of lies about ongoing work in the area.

Attempting to gain data for sales.

Installation

Jak arrived and was straight down to installing the new broadband, kept me informed of what was happening all thought the installation. Explained what everything was and even offered to help connect devices to the new broadband. Jak is an absolute credit to the company

Sales person keeps knocking on my door 3 times in one day after being told I’m not interested. Posting numerous leaflets through my door

D2D agent offers my son drugs

Netomnia community engagement officer offers my under age son drugs on our street.

A group of door knockers in my area constantly gathering on the street and asking for personal details is bad enough.

The worst thing they could do was approach my underage son on his way home from school and offer him illegal substances.

The internal complaints have responded but only to mention they have passed the details on to the relevant manager.

I don’t think company has correct vetting and recruitment policies as they must just employ anyone.

We are sick of them knocking on our area and literally begging for personal details such as name, email and mobile number trying to sell us broadband that is not wanted. We also see a large number of leaflets posted day after day.

Very bad company! No morals !

This company keeps knocking doors on my…

This company keeps knocking doors on my street and harassing me and my neighbours for our personal details to buy broadband. I personally have received 24 leaflets in 2 months after telling the chap on the door please don’t visit again.

I am disabled and have a no no canvassers or sales sticker on my door.

Do not engage with these people !!

Had a person knock on our door today saying they were doing some work at the box at the top of the road & there may be some disruption to our Broadband.
He asked for my wifes name & telephone no. to let us know by text when the work was done.
Unbelievably my wife complied !!!
These are just salesmen looking for business so my advise is avoid avoid avoid at all costs !!!
God knows what will happen to our details !!

Useless

Not good, been without connection to my ISP for over a week sent an engineer out who told me it was fixed but was a lie as the box with a few houses in outside is completely shot and needs replacing, but cannot give a time frame. Avoid if I was you.
