Small problem with online booking ..rang and booked over phone excellent service

Our short break to Stratford-on-Avon and The Cotswolds was both enjoyable and disappointing. The coach was comfortable, and the driver (Mason) was excellent, but the number of pick-ups and stops en route meant that the journey from our location took 6.5 hours. So the advertised 4 day break was effectively 2 days. The 2 day excursions were both enjoyed by all.

However, the accommodation at The Britannia Hotel in Coventry was not good. Although it was situated near the Cathedral, the area was very dirty, run down and unpleasant - with rough sleepers, noisy cars and revellers at night. We did not venture out at night, it simply did not feel safe.

Within the hotel, the communal areas, bar and restaurant were very good, as was the food, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and evidence of smoking was apparent around the window frame. The mattress of the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was dreadful. The bottom of the inside of the bathroom door (which did not lock) was damaged and flaking, the whole of the skirting board was thick with dirt and dust, as was the light fitting, and the base of the side of the bath was also damaged and dirty. The toilet seat was not properly fixed in place, and the toilet roll holder fell off the wall. The room was not cleaned or serviced during our 3 night stay, and we had to keep asking reception for additional items - even ran out of toilet roll! Not a hotel that I would ever wish to return to.

I and my sister did the Ayrshire and Loch lomond tour and we really enjoyed it. I usually stay in 4 star hotels, but for what we paid for the tour, we was happy with our accommodation. Our driver Serbio was great and very knowledgeable, as we had questions regarding booking Europe tours. He had a great sense of humour and made us laugh. The only reason I have not given 5 stars, is we would have liked more time in Glasgow and Luss. Can't wait to book another tour.

Excellent trip. The driver was exceptional. Very customer caring and professional (Sergi). Good value for money.

the coach and driver were brilliant especially the driver(Sergio).The hotel its self was very grand but the meals were not very good in choice and heat. The room was very basic but clean.

Excellent journey, brilliant places we visited. One disappointment was that we did not have time to spend on our own in Belfast

Paperwork was a long time coming, had to phone for it.

We didn’t object to getting a feeder bus but couldn’t understand why we went south to pick others up when we were travelling north surely a feeder bus would have been better for picking those people up. The hotel wasn’t signposted very well on our arrival, we had to keep asking were different rooms were, the evening menu was very disappointing. The majority of people on the coach were elderly and had problems walking but we were dropped off where a long walk was needed to get to the destination. So was very disappointed and will definitely not be going back again.

Much more honesty with regards pickups and stops better quality coaches, much more information about individual facets of there tours.

The coach driver(Phil) was excellent, nothing was to much trouble for him, very knowledgable aswell. The trip wont of been the same with out him.

Torquay cruise& Devon Steam. Had a great time, Trecarn hotel was good, Clean twin room &Bathroom shower and bath. Slept well .Large comfy sofas to have a drink and good men singers every night .Loved Buckfast Abbey steam train and the otters were so cute, Nice butterfly house, Food was Good at hotel ,3 choices for evening meal soup , Hot and cold desserts Plenty for breakfast, All staff very nice, friendly, Great Value well Worth to go to, Thanks x

Coach was comfortable
Hotel room was also accessible, clean and comfortable. Plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. Evening entertainment was a bonus, singer was brilliant. Destinations well worth the visit.
One criticism was the coach driver standing with his hands in his pockets whilst passengers put cases into and out of the hold.

The lady on the telephone was helpful and very polite. I prefer to speak to a person rather than doing it on line.

Hotel was 80miles from Edinburgh in a remote location. Food was awful. No cleaner for room service towels etc.
