He was not a people person at all.No information,about the coach,about the hotel,about trips.

Driver was unhelpful and grumpy
Driver was unhelpful and grumpy. Spent the first few days telling us he was supposed to be on leave and not driving us. Never communicated what the times for pick ups were. The coach was very uncomfortable and very tight for space and a 13 hr journey was not our best experience travelling. The seat configuration was completely different from the seating guide in the website and many of the other travellers and us were sitting in different seats from the ones we had picked. We will definitely have a very long think about whether we will travel with national holidays again or start using another company.

You advertised 5 days which is not…
You advertised 5 days which is not true. I got picked up in the first day at 12.50pm. I arrived home at 11.30am. How can that be classed as 5 days? The trip to Llanberis was a disaster. 2 and half hours with nothing to do and nowhere to shelter. Ridiculous, didnt continue to Caernarvon as wet through and wanted to go back to the hotel.

Missed the main advent
The main complaint is that we paid to go to the battle of britain airshow and we had to leave before the end ,this is the only reason we went .it was advertised for the airshow .

We were on the coach for over 8 hrs before we reached our destination. I would not have booked the holiday if this was made clear during the booking. While I understand that there have to be pick ups on the way, 8 hrs is not acceptable. I will not book another holiday with you.

Not quite there.
Arron was very helpful but couldn't find a relevant coach seating map for booking specific coach seats, at a price. I can get claustrophobia and need to be near the middle door, if possible. Especially on a long journey. Still waiting for email confirmation. Paid for paperwork confirmation as well.
